Normally I would have positions that are first come first serve, but in this guild I'll be doing positions/roles/jobs a little bit differently.

Let's say you want to make the drug cartel's boss, you would make your character and put your desired occupation where it asks. I will review your character and if approved, I will add them to this thread where their position will be in stone. Want a police officer, money launderer, dealer? Same applies.
