ELVEN

The Elves of Magic and Non-magic Earth all share similar languages, all of which derive directly from Eldassian, the language of the High Elves. From this came Elentari, the language of the Star Elves that fled Occulas. When the Sun Elves parted ways with the Star Elves, they began changing their language to further the gap between their kingdoms, thus Anortari language began. Elentari and Anortari still use some of the same words as Eldassian for important things, for example. The being known as Lady Earth is known collectively as Hera'endore in all Elven Languages.

The following lists shows Eldassian words and phrases(the mother-tongue), specific words and phrases from Elentari and specific words and phrases from Anortari.

Anortari

Sol - sometimes sun, often used at the end of any King's name to liken his power to that of the Sun they respect.
A'shiel Sol'alor adel - May the Sunlight guide you.
Alor - light

Ba'nor, sol'alor diel! - By sunlight be purged, vermin/criminal!
Ba'nor - derogatory term used by Sun Elves to address other races they consider lower than their own.
