Posting to say that while I've been very drained and, up until now, unable to approach this, I am in a better place and so will be posting what I've decided to do with the suggestions laid out sometime in the very near future.
I want to preface before I post the final result that while I DID take several suggestions from customers, I also went with a few things I am most comfortable with. As a result, not everything made it to the final decision, but I did hear everyone and value what they've said immensely.

Okay! My laptop is fixed and I can address this. So, decisions have been made, and they are below. As a helpful note, the term Alicorn will be used for full bodied, domain hosting Alicorn's (the long limbed bases). Pegicorn's will used for the smaller, pudgier version that will be a result of mixing the unicorn and pegasus bases together.
Pegicorn's:
They will be a new feature within the shop. They are still Alicorn's racial wise, however they will not have any unique powers (other than mastering Unicorn magic immediately), nor will they have a domain. Pegi's are smaller, weaker Alicorn's. There will be four ways to get them:
Breed an Alicorn x Alicorn pairing or triad.
Breed an Alicorn with another, not-Alicorn race.
RLC
Games within the shop/unique customs opened here and there.
Alicorn Breeding:
Alicorn's alter lore, whether that be in a large or small way. Without their power, the world of Everchange will fall apart. To reflect how important they are, breedings with an Alicorn involved will need one RP between the Alicorn and other ponies involved in that RP. Blind breedings will not require this rule, as they are rare and supposed to be a surprise! The RP in question must have at least 5 posts, whether that be from one user or from both, and it must be finished. Every Alicorn breeding, as a reward for going through with the RP, will always result in at least 1 Pegicorn.
Ascensions:
Pegicorn's, once they 'awaken' to their powers, ascend. Now, you can choose to keep your Pegicorn domainless for as long as you wish (forever, even!), but if you wish for them to ascend you must go through a few requirements. Choosing to not ascend them means they cannot have unique powers, nor can they have a domain, but it is still encouraged! c: It is whatever you feel comfortable with. The requirements to ascend are:
There will be an Alicorn ascension system, with its own RP points. It will require 10 points to ascend a Pegicorn into a full-fledged Alicorn. PRPs/Solo's give you 1 point per every 1,000 words you typed. Meta's give you 1 point per every 500 (this is to encourage entering Meta's when we do them, as they'll be shop influential and good periods to grow your characters). Other events that allow RP in them and are labeled (you can include these for RP/Ascension RPs) will count for 500 words as well (to encourage participation). You will see us note this within the rules of a game if this is allowed!
Colorists will open slots to grow Pegi's they colored (and ONLY Pegi's they colored) into Alicorn's when they can feasibly dedicate time. They will keep the slots open for a week, minimum. You must have fulfilled your requirements before entering. You can only enter 1 Pegi in a specific colorist slots.
You can only ascend 1 Pegi every 3 months. This may change in the future, but currently we're testing this out.
There will be a reserved domain option for Pegi's who are actively trying to reach their requirements. Every month, those who own a Pegi and reserved a domain for that Pegi must check in that they both still want the domain and also have proof they're working on ascending.
RLC:
Real life commissions will be altering slightly. One can buy as many Pegi's as they wish, but the option to buy an already fully-fledged Alicorn will have a few limits behind it. Those limits will be:
Specific slots will open as Yushika wishes, stating how many slots will be open for Alicorn's. You can only request an Alicorn during that time. Once those slots are filled, they will be closed until next time.
Once you win a slot, you'll be placed on a 2 month cool down before you can buy another Alicorn.
You may only buy yourself 1 Alicorn (or someone 1 Alicorn if they already own an Alicorn), unless you're buying twins. Twins will result in you being placed on a 4 month cool down. You may also, additionally, buy someone who has 0 Alicorn's one. Buying an Alicorn newbie an RLC Alicorn will not affect your personal slot.
You may not buy an ascension slot for a Pegi. Those are RP required. I am fairly tired, so if you have any questions please quote me here! I will answer them! This is a final decision, and thus not open for more suggestions, BUT if you think something wasn't covered completely or I've forgotten something related to Alicorn's, please quote me! I will announce this officially in a few days, once I'm sure I covered everything.
