Short personality blurb: Kaoru is trusting and kind to the point of naivety at times. She can be spacey and forgetful, often lost in thought when she's alone. Those thoughts can turn on her, filling her with anxiety and overwhelming her from time to time. As a Child, she would cling to Hashimoto for that feeling of Security.
While she was closer to her family when she was younger, as she grew older she found herself more influenced by her peers and seeking their company when things got tough. She loves her family dearly and, if she's no longer living with them, lives near by as she still sees them as a source of strength and love.
