Mayri trotted back from scouting out the tree tops. She always wanted to fly, always wanted to be decorated in feathers, and for some reason, that meant starring up at the treetops often. But she heard her older sister would be visiting, and upon her arrival, she saw her brother, greet her first. "Witness to sister's arrival! I'm so proud!" She smiled happily. Sethos returned with a grumpy, grumble.
"Not here for you. Ugly."
"Your words are disaapoint." Mary shook her head...
"Greeting sister! We are happy you have come to visit!"
"Suck up." Sethos rolled his eyes. "Everyone is scattered. Some are with Uncle Tsu and Some are with Aunt Ren and some are with Cousin Saffy."
Jei looked down at the two very different Kits and gave a soft nod. Dismissing her grumpy brothers words against her very graceful younger 'sister'. "I see.
I just wanted to know how my kits are doing."
Sorii came from up the hills, and waved his paw down to his kits- and adult kit. "Hello!" He called out to her. Jeiyana looked up, moving a step backwards by habit then forward to reassure herself nothing will happen.
"I'm looking for my kits!"
"We have them on rotation! Not sure if Ren has them or Saffy!"
"You DONT know where my kits are?! I asked you to take care of them!
See- I knew I shouldn't have trusted you-"
Mary quickly touched her older sister's paw and held it. "My niece and nephew are with Uncle Tsu. I saw them, they were very happy, I promise.
Father made sure they were in good paws, he even gave Uncle Tsu a speech of how he really wanted to be sure they are safe."
Jeiyana looked down at Mary... a long drawn out stare.
"Mary doesn't lie. I do though." Sethos admitted.
Mary gave a few nods of reassurance.
Sorii finally caught up to them and bowed his head. "Now I remember, they are with Tsukouru. Trust me. They are safe." He smiled to her. "I made extra sure."
