Unfortunately Philosopher Caches aren't considered "Game items" like bugs/flowers/papers/other games items are, so the current system wouldn't support that without a pretty large re-write.

I purchased a 2017 January Birthday Box PRESALE Ticket back in December of last year. I sent an e-mail Dec. 18 2016 to redeem the ticket, since then I sent multiple e-mails, pm a mod, filed reports. Yet! over 6 months later the ticket still sits in my inventory. Why!? I shouldn't have to wait over 6 months for real life merchandise and for the items that I was supposed to get. If I would have known that this was goin' to happen I would have never spent my money that I worked for just to have that ticket sit in my inventory collectin' dust. This is beyond ridiculous at this point, and unfair to me and the other Gaians who got those ticket and have yet to receive what they paid for.

This month's going to be its second anniversary, could you pretty please keep it in mind so it won't go unnoticed like its first one? Last year it was completely ignored, so until now it has never been celebrated and with the LK community feeling more and more left aside, it'd be nice if you could at least acknowlege it somehow? Maybe make this month's CI pet a kin (may be a little late already tho), re-release some kins and splicing shards and make some LK related sales, update the game's daily rewards, as well as the kin's drops, bring back Lucky and Stagony...nothing really big, just give the game a little update? emo

Is it true that Lanzer mentioned something about tweaking with the system in order to free up usernames?
I asked about it, seeing if people would be open to logging in with their email so that we can open up usernames from old accounts. Result was pretty negative. Haven't looked into it further after that.

I know right now trying to go to a lot of conventions is probably out of the question (we know you guys are stretched as it is in more ways than one!), but I'm curious if one day you'll consider going to some smaller conventions in the future? For examples, like Anime Midwest or Anime Milwaukee. They aren't big conventions, in comparison to AX, ACen, or Otakon, but it'd be cool if you guys could eventually consider going to smaller cons and meeting your fanbase that still love you but can't (or don't want to) go the bigger name cons!

Zero just did the Acen convention in Chicago a few months ago. I wouldn't mind as I'm currently in Wisconsin, so it would be quite easy for me to get there. smile

Looks like we'll have to change the description on that. Unless you happen to know of any sites that do allow third-party linking, would be something that a large amount of people use, and does active moderating of uploaded content.

This may seem like a weird question, but instead of updating the gold drops on Puzzles would it be possible to just alter the game to give out tickets instead?
I have been desiring a new game with a large ticket output like Tiles and I would rather spend my time relaxing in puzzles to earn my tickets instead of sticking around in Tiles for too long.

I know the Staff are entirely busy, especially the Developers right now (Great work everyone!!), although could guilds be put into a list of low priority updates in the future?
Honestly guilds are dying more and more, and at least some confirmation of updates would be nice!
Honestly has thought about using gimp or some other art program to design concepts of what the new guild pages would look like, but I know to wait and isn't my place.

Yes guilds is very updated [I think he meant 'outdated'. -Platonix] in design, and we'll need to do a lot to improve it. More likely we'll have a much better looking mobile version out, then we will go back and work on a new web version.

I don't know if it's possible to do or if a button already exists and I am just not seeing it, but could Gaia add a button to code for spoiler boxes to the post a reply page, post a journal entry page, and all other features that allow for BBcode?
It's sometimes a royal pain to code for spoilers by hand, especially when you are using a mobile device without access to a keyboard.

I rarely heard of anyone having trouble with the page loading javascript when using Chrome. I would suggest disabling all your extensions and see if that might help with the problem.
