Trying not to let that little promise get him too excited, Otto focused on what was around them. They were not safe at home harmlessly flirting. They were in a dangerous place, while harmlessly flirting. That being said, a good way to kill his high was the image in the mirror.

He stood with Chance, his brows furrowed harshly together. "Deus.." He murmured, feeling trapped and useless. "Is it under attack?" But then, where were they now? If they weren't at home, they couldn't save it. He could do nothing but watch them tear it ********.." Otto moaned in desperation, rubbing his face with both hands. "The Hell are we supposed to do? Where even are we?"

He looked around them, desperate for an easy answer. He needed orders. He needed purpose. Something to point him in the right direction and keep his mind busy. His eyes drew back to the mirror. "Sunnuva ********' b***h." He growled, lifting his leg and kicking the mirror into pieces.

He turned his back, huffing minor obscenities, all while the mirror simply repaired itself without his knowledge.

It was somewhat of a relief to know that he wasn't the only one who could see it, because some part of Chance's mind had wanted to tell him that he was just hallucinating - that all he was doing was making it up inside of his head out of a desire to get back.

But if Otto could see it too, then they were both on the same page.

"Horsemen," said Chance grimly, his eyes raking the mirror for any sign of - well, anyone. Anything. "It's hard to see, but it looks like Horsemen are on Deus."

He didn't even flinch at Otto's outburst - he rarely did - but he did turn to look at him, Chance exhaling a long breath.

"I don't know anything, and that's probably the most irritating," said Chance. "I don't like not knowing where anyone is, or where we are, or what's happening..." He waved a hand vaguely, wishing they could go back to harmlessly flirting. "This is all intensely ******** up.

"And so is that", he added, with a nod to the mirror.

"Hmm?" Otto turned, looking back and Chance and the broken...

mirror.

"Dude what the ********." Otto stomped over, looking at the mirror fully repaired and still displaying their home under attack. He boiled with rage, his fists clenching so tightly his knuckles went white.

"Fine. They gunna destroy our home? We'll destroy theirs." Resolved and carrying a purpose, he stomped down the hallway. "C'mon. If this place is in any way a part of the horsemen's lair? We oughtta bash it up somethin' fierce!"

"It does that," said Chance, with a touch of dryness, though really there was no humor about anything that was happening. "I found a mirror earlier, and I tried to shatter it, but...clearly..." He gestured at the mirror that was now back in one piece.

Chance followed after Otto, eyebrows raised.

"I'm all in. What do you want to kick first? We'll smash it all to hell."

"The first thing that moves. I'll kill it if it doesn't get me home, and then I'll just burn everything. Their lair, their X-Box. Everything." Otto summoned Tenya again, ready to blow a whole into the wall.

Literally.

Chance had been on the verge of saying I don't think Horsemen have X-Boxes - but he refrained, because, well...the idea of smashing things was extremely appealing.

"Look, here," he said, as they stepped out to a wide expanse of space, a desk at one end. The room was deserted, save for the two of them.

"There's a perfectly good desk, waiting to be crushed."

"Yer right." Otto mused with a fiendish smile. His muscles were itching to tear the whole place apart. An eye for an eye. If he destroyed everything, he might attract unwanted attention, or he might find a way out. At the very least he hoped to do as much damage here as the horsemen were at home.

"Bye bye desk." Otto sing-songed with malice, lifting his weapon up high and slamming down hard into the desk of unknown ownership. And he did this, over and over and over again.

He let Otto take the desk, because there was something kind of amusing about watching him take out his aggression on something as mundane as a desk; but there was also something deeply satisfying in breaking anything that revolved around the Horsemen.

"Forgot the chair," said Chance airily, as he lifted it up and swung it as hard as he could into the side of the desk, leaving a decent sized dent. He gave a whistle of approval.

"This is an excellent use of our time."

"Well... it's their fault for leavin' this s**t out for us to crush." Otto mused while panting, taking a small breather from pulverizing office furniture. "I'ma find my way out, and leave a huge a** mess behind me."

He was getting slightly agitated though. He still had no clue how they were supposed to find home. Portals? Front door? If they were in a dream it would be a matter of waking up or finding Alice.

"Didja see a small blonde haired little girl at all? She'd be helpful..." She seemed to grant him wishes in the past. He fondly remembered a wall of pies, and flaming sheep being one of many imaginings made real. He cupped his hands around his mouth and shouted;

"Aliiiiiiiice?"

"Extremely true," said Chance, cheerfully tossing the chair at a nearby wall with as much force as he could muster. It landed with a dizzying crash on the ground, one of the arm pieces swinging brokenly from it.

His brows rose. "A little blond haired girl? Wasn't she the one who did the whole..."

Chance waved a hand vaguely. Otto had told him what had happened on the beach that day; Chance himself had never seen Alice before, but if she was here, then that would have been an advantage.

"I haven't seen anyone except you, not that I'm complaining," said Chance.

Otto rose his brow at Chance, "Better not complain." He was stuck with him as far as Otto was concerned. Forever, he hoped, once he got the nerve to actually ask him a very important question.

"It can't just be us here. That'd be weird." If Chance was there, it was likely many others were as well. "Again, if this is even real. It could still be an illusion, or a dream." He waved his arms in the air, still brandishing Tenya. "Yanno.. Magic s**t."

"This wall breakable?" Otto asked conversationally, hurling Tenya at the end of the room.

"I would never complain," said Chance breezily, but there was amusement in his tone, especially since really, it was Otto who complained about a lot of things - but that was just part of the charm, at least in Chance's head.

He made a face at the idea of a dream. "That would be trippy. I'm not that great with sleep in general, having this all be a dream would probably confuse the hell out of me." Especially since both of them already had issues with nightmares; Chance just tended to be less vocal about his own on purpose, but the insomnia spoke for itself.

"Maybe the rest of the island is here too," said Chance, watching as Tenya zoomed across the room. He slammed the point of his bow against the wall, trying to dent it. "Which also brings the question of whether or not our illustrious leaders are here as well."

"C'mon man. I'm sure you've had trippy dreams before." If not, then that boy's insomnia was making him miss out on so many naked graduation ceremonies.

"Maybe, maybe not. Half the time they got their own agenda and never let us in on it. We're just pawns to those goons." And then there was Allan, who was about as sharp as a cotton ball.

"Yes, well..." Chance waved another hand. "That's beside the point."

It wasn't actually, but he was going to pretend it was. Chance reached out and tapped his bow against Otto's shoulder, jerking his head towards the door. "Come on, let's go see where this leads. We'll see if we can find anyone else, and if not..."

He grinned.

"Just more s**t to break."
