Andrew had mentioned to Ruth that he'd run into some first years when their memories returned. This had been little more than information to note as far as the blonde reaper was concerned. But as she explored the island with fresh (albeit obscured) eyes, there were just some things that could not be avoided. That is to say: running into other Halloween-turned-Hunters.
Rounding the corner, Ruth spotted the familiar backside of a certain Hunter she was openly antagonistic towards. She halted in her tracks and quickly headed back, pressing herself against the wall in hopes that he had not noticed her. It wasn't as if she was trying to get noticed.

Anepou was hunting around, trying to see if he could maybe overhear some one talking to anybody named Olivia. Sure, his chances were low, but Andrew had seemed REALLY worried about Olivia, and somehow Ane had decided Andrew was a new friend. As he was looking, he turned, and saw Ruth. Oh gods, Ruth.... He had no idea who she was in Reality, but FalseAne had some odd connections with this woman, and gods that _nightmare_ FalseAne had had. Part of him was still quite convinced he was going to die here, trying to save Ruth. But he couldn't turn his back on her, or honestly on Andrew's worries. "RUTH." He called out, and approached, cautiously. "I um. I'm looking for some one named Olivia, do you know her by any chance?" He didn't know what she was, or even IF she was, outside of this, so he felt it best just to not risk finding out his antagonist/death warning was actually an AI or something. He stopped about five feet back, a tentative expression on his face. Andrew deserved to know, at least. That was his internal mantra for his current situation.

Ruth had reverted back to her regular self, which unfortunately for Anepou meant that she was not going to be her usual catty, chatty self. She stared at him, although with her eyes obscured by the bill of her cap and the bangs of her hair, she could be staring over his shoulder for all he would know. Her mouth was a neutral line, doing nothing to betray the fact that she was cringing internally at how her other-self had behaved with Anepou. (Admittedly it was less to do with the vitriol they expressed at each other and more to do with the fact that she spoke at all.
For now, she gave him a wordless nod, her hands folded primly in front of her as if she was expecting him to continue speaking.

Anepou looked confusedly at Ruth, trying to figure out why she didn't respond, not even to call him 'Annie-poo', which really left him lost and out in left field. "Ah... You do know Olivia?" He wasn't sure if that's what the nod had meant, but he hoped so, because it would make thing easier in his mind. "Only I'd like a chance to direct her to Andrew, or vice versus, because I know he's looking for her..." He seemed anxious. Honestly, having Ruth not say ANYTHING at all to him was so unnerving, it felt like he was about to fall into a pit trap. Ruth wasn't known for being quiet, she spoke... Pretended to be nice, while in fact being anything BUT. Still, maybe she was building up to make a mock of him for helping Andrew, or trying to find Olivia. He had no clue, so he waited to see what would happen.

Ruth would have happily continued to stare wordlessly at the other "hunter" but he mentioned Andrew. And while the blonde badly wanted to continue maintaining her right to remain silent, she had to be a good minion. She owed the flame demon too much. Not to mention she wanted to know where Olivia was.
She produced her phone, because if she could compromise on her silence with Andrew, she sure as jacking hell could do so with Anepou. She typed quickly before holding up the screen to him I am familiar with Olivia, yes. I have also been searching for her whereabouts. Andrew is aware that I have joined the search party.

Ane's brows came together as Ruth pulled out her phone, but when she turned it to face him, he blinked a little, confused. After reading the message, he considered asking her WHY on earth she wasn't talking, but decided this might be a far too personal question, and Real-Him didn't even know the woman. He didn't even know what she was back home. "Ah. I see... I am glad to know Andrew has more people to help him but me, since... I've never met this Olivia, and have no idea what she might be like." He considered, and leaned his head back, gazing uncomfortably at the 'sun' overhead. "It feels wrong to be out here like this..." He muttered, then shook his head and refocused on the situation at hand. "What kind of person is the Real Olivia? What does she do, is she into? Where would she go?" He paused, then added "Sorry, I know that's probably too much to ask, I'm just trying to figure out if... if there's a place we can search that might be a place she'd head for, especially when her memories came back."

It would take too long for me to extol on the many virtues Olivia possesses but it would be best to simply inquire the other party's name. That was the extent of Ruth's willingness to share intelligence. Was it selfish of her to want Olivia's friendship limited to a select few? Yes, but Ruth was selfish by nature and embraced that aspect of herself wholeheartedly.
If necessary, I can accompany you until you feel confident enough to continue searching for her on your own. That was not an act of kindness, that was just Ruth being practical. It wasn't like she was worried for someone she didn't know or knew as someone she enjoyed needling in the some made-up version of their reality.Lady Aria Starstone Ruth's kiiiiiiiiinda tsundere like Andrew

Anepou blinked more, and finally said "All right but that doesn't exactly say what sorts of places she might, say, hide in. But if you prefer not to tell me, I'll assume it's protecting her, in case I'm dangerous in reality." He smiled, a little wistfully, and said "After all, none of you knew me outside of here, I can understand not trusting me." He brushed a stray lock of hair out of his face, then gave it the dirtiest of looks. "I miss my beads. And braids." He blinked, then smiled again, more confidently. "That would be appreciated. If nothing else, if we DO find her, she might be more comfortable in the presence of some one she knows, and thus has reason to trust." He tried not to think about how he didn't know ANYONE outside of here, and thus didn't know who he could truly trust. FakeAnepou, despite disliking FakeRuth, trusted her to a certain degree. RealAnepou had no idea. He really didn't like this feeling of being trapped on a sinking boat of confusion and worry.
