The most rundown of all, there is no immaculate detail in the town given to the Sith. A few thousands of vampires are crammed into tiny hovels here, hoping beyond hope they can live another day. Sadly enough the sun has killed most, if not all of the carpenters that once built the surrounding homes, and there is simply no time to create more with the constant demand for the sowing of grains and food. Kel Rock is situated far enough inside of the Black Shroud so that those in the inner city are safe, though to the edge of the establishment is the Red Area. This area is touched by sunlight and any caught outside at the time will burn and die. Houses litter around this area, some taking the risk to have a haven from the elements. All in all, this is not a nice place to live.
