Weapon: Has the ability to borrow powers and abilities from anyone alive or dead. He refuses to do so however, and will only use simple spells at best.
Personality: N/A
History: Meshik grew up in the mountains of Snow Peak with an old human man. He never had the drive to leave as he had the ability to see everything on the planet, at any time during the planet's life. Once the old man passed on, Meshik went out on his own. Being raised by a human and with no Fourths known in history, Meshik had no idea about the ground rules of his race. He is never to interfere with the workings of other races as it will surely bring the world to ruin. Unaware of this he interfered with many people and caused the planet to be destroyed. Using every ounce of his powers, he recreated Verspya as he knew it before he interfered. He now lives in solitude as an oracle, not moving from where he sits for the rest of time. He will tell people what they need to know, however he will never reveal his abilities nor will he lead the world to ruin. He occasionally creates projections of himself so that he can still walk among mortals, if only to help people figure out what they are meant to do.
