Personality: Jia is super nice and always willing to help. Rather creative for costumes. Loyal to a fault to her friends. Don't get her angry or you might get a good kick to where you don't want it.

Power: Jia turns into a ghost. Her face has a skull appear on it. With her powers she is intangible if she wants, invisible if she feels like it, can possess bodies, is super strong, can fly. Ghost like stuff.
Power Strengths: Besides the immortal part of it? She can get just about anywhere
Power Weaknesses:Time, she can only maintain the form for two hours, electricity make it hard for her to use her powers.
History: Jia is the daughter of Chinese Doctor and an American Nurse. Moving to the states at a young age because of her parents Jia didn't experience much of her home land. Since her Dad was a doctor she didn't go without, whatever she wanted she usually got. From a young age though she was fascinated with Costumes, always wanting to make her own. So as a birthday gift she was given materials and sewing machine. She mad various and intricate costumes all through her youth and teenage years. But when she was roughly fourteen and asleep it happened. All the sudden Jia was floating and going through walls. Terrified she kept it a secret from her parents, not wanting anyone to know she was so different. But because of it she wanted to learn and master it. So she practiced and practiced and practiced, eventually she mastered it. Giving herself the name of "Specter" with a matching costume she began to good to others. Her early twenties weren't easy, moved out and alone she decided to get a dog. Looking at various breeds she eventually found one she liked. So she got a Corgi and named him Xu. (More will be added upon joining a faction.)
