If you hover your move over FORUMS and click on CLANS and you don’t see our clans name where it says "go to my clan" /// if your character info displays nothing where it should say “Gold Savages” then this means that you are in MULTIPLE CLANS AT ONCE and it is causing a glitch.
Gaia only allows you to be in one clan at a time, (a clan is NOT a guild) but when you accept a clan invite, instead of letting you know that you cant join a clan when you are still in one, it glitches, and makes it seem as if you aren’t in one. The clan chat in zOMG for either clan will not work for you and your character info will display neither clan name. To fix this glitch, you will need to quit all clans except for the one you wish to stay in (hopefully ours!)
If you wish to stay with us you MAY need to first, quit this clan to find the other clan that you are in, and then quit that one and rejoin ours. Make sure to let us know before you do this so that we can send you another invite! (clan search doesn’t seem to work so do not depend on this to find us)
This glitch prevents clan chat from ever working for you and will make it difficult to find our clan homepage or forums. So if you are having this problem and wish to stay with this clan and be active, it is important to get this fixed. Please don’t hesitate to send either I or Qivassu a PM if you need help figuring this out! ^^
Just to be clear here, you DO NOT need to quit your guilds. If you go to a "guild" homepage that says "clan members" or "clan homepage" at the top, then this is a clan and not a guild. So of course, if it says "Guild members" or "guild homepage" then this is a guild and you do not have to leave this in order to resolve the glitch
