Power Strengths: User can create, shape and manipulate electricity, a form of energy resulting from the movement of charged particles (such as electrons or protons), allowing control over electric fields, all charge carriers (Ions, Electrons, Protons, and Positrons), electronics, and electromagnetic forces.

History: Felix grew up with music. His parent had been musicians that retired when he was born. He was the kid to have a mohawk and band shirts for his normal look even when his parent would dress him in elementary school. High school he was picked on but would fight back, much to the schools displeasure but his parents delight. They knew he wasn't one to start a conflict without a damn good reason. His powers emerged when he was around 15 he had waited too long and had to ride his bike home from a friend place in a thunderstorm. He barely remembers what happened but the exercise and the stress triggered his powers and made him a prime target for a lightning strike. While not hurt he was knocked out from being overloaded. His parents braving the storm to find him when he didn’t come back on time. They found him knocked out but sparking. Once he was home he began to explore his power and learned how to work it finding it let him control tech too. He kept it under the radar practicing at home. As such he never got invited to Xavier's school. He graduated high school and has yet to decide what he want to do with his life. So until then he earns rent money at a bookstore job, in the music department.
