Biography: Kitiara was born into an old fashioned village hidden up in the mountains, due to her rare coloring her parents were wary as she grew up. Kit discovered her abilities early on and began training from the village elder. However it was not long before the promising protege grew bored and boredom grew to mischief. It started out minor pranks and led to pick pocketing, she had a gift for locks. By the time she was twelve she was sneaking off to the nearby villages and pick pocketing crowds, dancing in disguise for tips to scope nobles, and breaking into shops.
She earned the name Ghost for her thief name due to traveling in magic fog in her fox form, which like her hair was silver white. However fame turned to ego for Kit and she got careless. She overheard some men bragging about the thief would not be able to break their safe. She knew it was a trap but her pride told her no one could catch her. She slipped into the castle with ease, by passing all the traps. She made it into the treasury when she sensed magic. The floor had explosive runes in it. The man hired a sorcerer to help set a trap. Kit found herself fighting to escape. A strange powder forced her into her true look, the man was a slaver who heard about the white hound thief and same to catch it. She was wounded but managed to shift to her fox form and get just outside the city. The men chased her, following her blood trail, Kit knew she couldn't go into the mountains for it would endanger her people.
She tried making it across a river but a glowing chain flew around her neck. She fought as hard as she could but was chained into a cage by dawn. Kit was cleaned up and forced into her humanoid form and chained in her cage, shipped off and sold to a slave house. Her slaver bartered about her coloring, breed, skills, and age and next thing she knew she woke up in a strange building surrounded by other caged beings.
