References: Luca default civ ref. Also, a tiny pinterest board I threw together in five minutes. Basically, just go for cute and yellow and/or blue and you should be good to go.
Other Notes: Template FC1 + hands on hips B would be great! Luca likes tastefully applied bright colors like yellow and blue, if that helps. By the way, important bit: she's gotten quite a haircut. Her hair is now in a bob that goes slightly past her chin (like, mid-neck maybe?).

References: Captain art! Outfit-wise she's nu goth and wears a lot of holographic accessories; this pinterest should work as a general reference.
Other Notes: Any of the FC1 variants are fine + either of the FC6 variants work as well! Her color palette is primarily monochromatic with gold/lavender accents, but she accessorizes a lot with metallic and holographic things.
misc. stuff: Soleil has a lot of scarring around her left shoulder where it connects to the rest of her body, and she tends to wear minimalistic elbow and wrist braces if that skin isn't covered already!
