2. Electrical Empowerment(Passive): Users become stronger, faster, more durable, etc. when they come in contact with electricity, possibly unlocking abilities related to the affinity and enhancing the existing powers.
3. Lighting Combat: The user is able to utilize electricity manipulation with their physical combat, granting them impressive offensive capabilities, while leaving their defensive abilities somewhat lacking.
4. Electrically Enhanced Jump: The user can jump higher using electricity for boost, by either releasing an electric burst like an electric shock-wave, or by releasing an electric arc simultaneously under foot, with the jump. PERSONALITY × 〉 Troy is determined, concentrated and independent. Initially, he is cold and standoffish , distancing himself from strangers. He has a mystique presence and background, making others difficult to befriend because he tends to be unopened. He is the type of person who can lie with a straight face or act like nothing happened even though he is greatly bothered by something. However, for his love one's sake, he puts an act on being optimistic in order to relieve their worriment about him. Much of his motivation is fueled from what he perceives as failing to protect his beloved mother and wanting to make things right, which leads him to lash out at those he believes are evil. He is competent in his work as a wizard. He is a spirited young man with a very strong sense of justice, even more so for that of a loyal servant and protector of the Kingdom of light and his Queen. Troy carries a powerful presence, noted for his stoic and inscrutable disposition when it comes down to business. Despite how arrogant or imposing he seems, Troy is well-loved among his friends for being a insightful and forgiving person. Troy lives by a philosophy that it is his duty of the strong to protect and guide the weak. When things get out of hands, Troy can resort to deceit and manipulation when the need arises. He is completely capable of turning the tides into his favor even at the worst moments.

"A mask can never conceal the true intent laying within those twisted eyes for it says it all. "
Once a upon a time, a beautiful couple brought to the world a child with icy eyes and a potential to become something great. Within the darkness, the couple dwell in hiding, scared for the sake of their baby's upcoming birth and its safety. Years in the past, when there was still much controversy over demons and other supernatural beings, a forbidden love story brought to the world a young child with icy eyes and a potential to be something great. Twisted by fate and his mother's blood of a witch, this child possessed enormous powers of magic even more so of containing blood of a witch. This child was named Troy, the symbol of freedom and justice that would become their parents as well as the world's saving grace. While his father worked as a knight, his wife on the other hand was working in the house as a typical human housewife. Though their ties of belief may differ or often clashed, once Troy was born, everything bloomed like flowers in spring.
In the beginning of his life, he was raised as just another human being, his mother taking care of both of him and explaining to her townspeople that he had arrived at her doorstep one night for fear the truth would earn her banishment. She even made young Troy believe this story to be the truth, though treated him with more love than any two parents could give him. As time past, when the air of suspicions came in the atmosphere to the townspeople, someone came to the council explaining the actual truth of Troy's upcoming and revealing the disguise masked behind his kind mother. Terrified as the news brought to their realization, a mob of angry men and women came marching down to their household, searching for Troy's mother. Once found, his mother was brutally lynched on the the tree, her innocent blood dripping in sadness from her slit throat. As for young Troy, he was quickly banished from his town. If only his father was here to protect his mother and him, everything could have been okay, or so the young boy thought during his travels across the uncharted lands.
Disdain and hatred boiled like a forge within his body. From such dramatizing event, rage and his failure to protect his mother became his motivation to push on and to become strong. It was that one night when his magical power was finally awakened where his body was worn and his heart betorn. Some time during the winter arriving upon a monster infested forest, Troy had come to stop and rest before he continued his journey. The cold night was calm, however an air of wickedness laid deep in the forest. As the night grew darker, a strange mist appeared, blocking his sight around. In a matter of seconds, creatures of the night charged through the mist. Their eyes glowed red as blood and their skin were black as hell. In response to the sudden assault, the young boy screamed in fear of his life. His life was ticking as fast as the approaching beast. Right as the monster got near him, sparks of lightning crashed down killing those around Troy. Once it got quiet again, Troy quickly lifted his gaze up only to notice the monsters were killed. He jumped back and wondered who have done this. The moon became his light as it revealed to him the answer as it shined on him. Charged particles were floating around the area that seemed to be tracing back from his heart. With a wave of a hand, he absorbed every single orbs. This power was given to him by his mother. The power to manipulate electricity.
From this incident came many great adventures in his life. One event is when Troy stopped by this little old town to restock on food, but during that day a horde of evil creatures ambushed the defenseless town. Of course Troy with powers came to the people's aid. Countless of similar encounters transformed and created the Troy he is now today. The realization of his powers made him ponder hard and long. Such powers was not his to abuse, but instead for the people who are in need of protection. Where ever he goes, Troy was eager to help regardless of the dangers lurking. He was too bold to ever think about the his safety.
Troy's journey eventually came to the an end when he met the beautiful and young queen of the Light Kingdom. Despite her age, Queen Abbadon is a very determined person. She is pure and true to herself as well to her people. Troy first laid his eyes on the Queen at the marketplace within the castle's wall. Currently, after working his way up, Troy eventually became the queen's personal wizard and protector. His name and fame would gradually spread, but his loyalty will remain with the Light Kingdom until his last breath.
The story is now left blank for Troy to create his own destiny.

Cons: The only small problem is could you go more into detail with your powers? I do get the reason behind it but could you add the cons to it as well. For example you have "He has the power to manipulate electricity." How far can he use it. It would be above average but it wouldn't be over powering (that's royal and god level). Once I see the cons to your powers I will accept the profile.
