Just don’t do it. If you can help it, don’t just make it a point to make some physically superior race of highly-intelligent beings that obviously surpass baseline humans in all aspects. I prefer to see some sort of balance, such as being physically superior but intellectually inferior and vice versa, otherwise it’s going to develop to a point where humans are severely outgunned by everyone else in the galaxy.
