
My Four Seasons lives off the support our customers offer, and as a result we want to do things you want/like. Sometimes, we come up with ideas that aren't throughly implemented the way you guys want to see. Other times, we discover we are lacking a feature customers have wanted for quite some time. We also can miss questions in-thread, and while we do our best not to, it can lead to being frustrated or even hurt.
However, there are a few guidelines and rules you need to follow to make both the customers lives easier, and ours!

- Threads must remain on-topic. This keeps it easier for us to read through and respond in a relatively fast period.
Suggestion threads should be labeled as . Suggestion threads are for new features you wish to see, or an expansion on a current feature. Question threads should be labeled as [Q]. Threads discussing a concern with something that has occurred should be labeled [C].
Surveys are where staff have a question that need answering! This can range from 'do you want more flaffles' to 'are you satisfied with _____'. These topics will be stickied, labeled [Survey], and have a poll/option to post comments.
When posting in a suggestion thread, please state if you agree or not. This helps staff pinpoint if this feature is something severely needed, or not. Making a poll for your suggestion thread would be very helpful for staff, too!
This forum is not meant to personally attack another customer or staff. If we see this, you will be greylisted, or even blacklisted depending on how severe the comments were. We are a family, and attacking one another is unacceptable.
For staff. If there has been an official staff response, edit the , [P], or [Q] and change it into [A], as well as lock it.
This forum is not meant to replace reading about the lore. We will direct you to the correct post if the answer is directly in written lore.
If you have an issue with someone personally, PM Apdione. Do not make a thread about it in this forum.
