Personality: Fujie is a sunny and quirky girl, not afraid to say what she thinks, or do things that might not be conventional for others. She is a fighter for what is just, and won’t stand idle while others are treated wrongly. She is accepting of others, gentle and caring. She can be, though, rash in acting, not stopping much to think what her actions could bring as consequences. She isn’t violent, but she isn’t above throwing punches or scratches when people insult the people she loves and holds dear in her heart. She talks quickly, and she depends on hand gestures and body language to get her point across in all occasions. Flowers are her life, and she loves being surrounded by them. She has an incredible green thumb, and is really interested in knowing the Language of Flowers…so it isn’t uncommon to see her reading books on the subject or working at the flower shop. She likes driving around town in her vespa, and oversees the delivery service in her dads’ shop.

Bio:Fujie Ikebana lived a relatively normal childhood, getting all the love and support and affection from her parents for her to grow into a good member of society. She was taught to be good to others, not to judge other people’s decisions and to fight for what she believed was right. No one would have thought anything of her family dynamics…except that she had two dads. Despite the weird looks they might get at times, and the occasional hate vandalism they get at the shop, Fujie is proud of where she comes from, and she loves her family…so she pays no attention to the looks of pity given to her...but she does fight the looks of disgust or hate given to her family. Don’t mess with them…and everything will be fine. Lately, things have been a little difficult at the Flower Shop they keep, and even if her parents won’t tell her much, she knows something is going on, and that they are struggling. So she uses her free time to help at the shop and to deliver bouquets around town. She wants her family to be left alone…let them live their life without having to pretend to be something else… and she will fight until they can live in peace in family.

Personality: Fujino is a woman with an air of mystery about her - something she both knows and deliberately cultivates. As she puts it, a woman with more secrets is more interesting. That said, she's a fundamentally good-natured person, and genuinely tries to help and support the people who come into her store. The fact that this "help" occasionally takes the form of selling enchanted bullets to people is just another part of the business...

Despite (or perhaps because of) her store's perpetual lack of customers, Fujino does enjoy occasionally closing up shop and heading out into the city. She's particularly fond of trying out new desserts, checking out the latest trends in fashion, and visiting places with plenty of wildlife.

Bio: Fujino Arai is a doll-like woman who runs the Triple Trouble, an elegant gothic lolita shop hidden on the back streets of Harajuku. Despite the shop's perpetual lack of customers whenever any of the team comes in, it always seems to be open when they arrive, and she's ready to dispense some friendly advice or show them some of her 'special' goods. Whether or not she's actually proficient with the things she sells is something left to customers' imaginations... but she is awfully keen on dressing up any girls who come into the shop, regardless of their reason for being there.

She also seems to know considerably more than a mere shopkeeper ought to about the supernatural side of things... although how she comes by this knowledge is unknown. All that can really be said is that she seems to honestly enjoy having the members of the Phantom Thieves in her store, and she's quite willing to support them as best she can.

Arcana: Hierophant

Level 1: Opening Shot Bullets: The first gun attack made (or gun-type skill used) by a character in combat does 25% more damage.

Level 3: Elemental Ammo: The character can buy ammo for their gun that change its attack to Fire or Elec damage, and bullets that increase the gun's normal damage by 1 step (max High). A character cannot have more than three types of bullets from Fujino, although they can trade in previously-bought bullets for bullets of another type, and they cannot switch ammo types during battle. At Level 5, characters can buy Ice and Wind bullets. At Level 8, they can buy Water and Earth bullets, and bullets that increase the gun's normal damage by 2 steps (max Very High).

Level 5: Fancy Outfits: Fujino can embroider and decorate a character's armor, reducing the damage of the next attack to hit them by half. It must be brought back and repaired before this can take effect again.

Level 8: Quickloading Cartridges: Fujino will now sell Quickloading Cartridges for guns, which allow a character to change the type of ammo they're using in battle. This does not count as their action for the turn.

Level MAX: Special Treatment: By forming a Blood Oath with Fujino, characters get access to her full stock, and can buy bullets for any normal element (except Almighty). She can also be asked out on dates... and while she might say that's the real reward, anyone who takes her out on one can also ask her to permanently imbue their armor with a Low-level skill.

Personality: Wry and clever, but often short and tired as a result of her situation. Is compassionate despite her exhaustion with the less-than-stellar people she usually deals with and has a soft spot for young people in need looking for a place to lay low and relax, particularly the helpless-looking types like Usaji. Compassionate and at times patient with those she cares for, but chillingly terrifying to those who provoke her ire. Bears a deep frustration over her own lack of direction, the pressures caused by her predicament, and growing sense of isolation.
Bio: Mariko was born into the Matsudaira Family and taught, from a young age, that though they themselves were no longer considered noble that their family was not so very long ago considered to be a part of the 'new nobility'...relations to the once-shogun distantly via several branching paths and more than one expedient political marriage. Though none of that mattered to her so much as the other thing she was often told her about her family's past...that the hotel that they owned on Love Hotel Hill in Shibuya District in Tokyo had stood there since long before the district had taken on such a colorful and somewhat seedy red-light personality. Theirs was the first, the eldest, and continued to stand to this day because of their family's proud nature and unwillingness to part with the land that their relative forefathers had bestowed upon them. This place they owned was called the 'No-Love Hotel' (the reason for the fairly unusual name being lost to time and often covered for with plain-faced lies when asked about it), which was passed down through no less than five generations of Matsudaira into the current generation. And in the midst of a sea of less-reputable establishments, it stands as a small but steadfast beacon of normality for those in search for a more normal and peaceful respite.

This is the home into which Mariko was born, and this is the life that she was raised into. The only daughter of her father after her mother left the family in her youth over a desire not to spend her life in this one, hopeless location, it was on her ever after to inherit the hotel in her adulthood and carry on the family legacy as the self-proclaimed 'pride upon the hill'. This was, sadly, a legacy that Mariko didn't much care for. But when her father died in her junior year of high school, and with no great plans for the future, Mariko juggled managing the hotel (somewhat illegally it must be said) and school for her final year of High School before easing into the role of manager full-time. This was the beginning of her rather abrupt thrust into adulthood, and of the job that she maintains until this day, eight years later at the age of 26. Having had few romantics prospects, a rough go of business (and an incident with some of the goons of the recently-revealed Junya Kaneshiro that she does not talk about to almost anyone, though the scar on her chest is hard to miss), and very few people whom she sees on a daily basis (though perhaps more who would call her friend than she realizes), her life has been somewhat stuck in the quagmire of sameness for some time until recently...

...When a young student from Kosei was being accosted by police for a graffiti he had been tracing onto the side of her motel in tribute to what he referred to as its 'novelty-retro aesthetic in a sea of modern repetition'. She didn't know what compelled her to cover for the boy who had been defacing her property, maybe it was just the puppy-dog, shaggy-haired quality he seemed to take on, or perhaps because of the undue pleasure the police seemed to get in the idea of taking the boy in to achieve some quota they hoped to meet. But when she approached with an armful of groceries and saw the commotion, she kindly informed the officers that the boy had been 'commissioned' (though he hadn't) to make something 'suitable to draw in visitors' for her, and dragged him inside to take a rest and eat before they could get him into their cars for the trip downtown. This was the beginning of her unusual friendship with a young man named Usaji Azai, and the instigating incident in a series of events that would conspire to place her little hole-in-the-wall in the crosshairs of something far beyond what she might have ever imagined...

And perhaps, in the process, opened the door for her to finally step forward into the rest of her life both inside, and outside of the walls of her quaint little abode and place of business.

Bio: Having lived in Shibuya for all of his life, Keitaro was greatly used to the aesthetics that came with being there, and the kind of people that came through. Having owned a net cafe for 5 years, it was the passing faces that made every day special. He was blessed to have a wife, whom he had met in middle school and was with for years, and two daughters whom he loved to death and doted upon frequently. However, as of a recent month ago, Keitaro was in a vehicular accident that was quite troublesome, two car collision, and almost all of his car was totaled, and they said that it was a miracle that he survived. Personality: Mei is a somewhat quiet, and very dorky girl. Smart, but not the greatest at socializing, she is clumsy, and extremely blunt without meaning to be, as such she also tends to spend a lot of her time apologizing for accidentally speaking her mind. But those who stick by her past her outside awkwardness and (Sometimes tactless) observations will find a kind girl with burning desire to see injustice snuffed out.
Surprisingly fierce when angry, and somewhat of a tech geek/otaku, Mei also loves reading, whether it be novels, manga, or even academic books, It's not uncommon to see her sitting alone, nose-deep in a book fo some kind, as such she excells at being a source of general (And ocassionally useless) information. Don't be surprised if she randomly trails off a thought only to blurt out an otherwise random factoid.

Bio: Mei grew up living a fairly average, but comfortable life. Her parents were well off, but wanted to make sure their daughter had a reasonably humble upbringing.
She was sent to Tokyo to attend high-school along with a caretaker, in order to experience everyday life in a city as she was about to take the final few steps toward becoming an adult.
Mei herself wasn't entirely happy about the arrangement. She had spent the better part of her life in small towns and preferred it as such. The city was a big place, after all. But she knew that it would help her grow, for better or worse, and it wasn't as if she'd be alone.
But still, Mei never enjoyed having high expectations of society placed on her or others. Her parents were always good to her, but for a lot of her life she felt like the world had much higher expectations of her than she had for herself. Even through middle school she saw more than her share of students, friends even, crushed under the weight of what was expected of them. The more she thought about it, the more angry it made her feel. Why did the way young people lived their lives have to be dictated by society? Better still, why was there nothing to be done about it? Why weren't people able to choose their own path in life without being rejected and shunned by the masses? Whatever little difference she may have been able to make, she would make it in Tokyo.
