You are right that such things exist to convert the flash animations into a video, or even sprite sheets for html5. Most of the time, however, these are single timeline animations, and our artists made very complex animations. I'm not sure how much you know about Flash, but they have very deeply embedded movie clips. That would mean animations in animations in animations etc.
So leaving all that aside, even if that could be done, all of the flash files had code in it.Some more that others. That's where I usually came in. Also, there is a file called the avatar loader. What that did was to load the static image of the avatar and then load an animation either on top of or behind the avatar image depending on settings in the animation file.
There is no way to place the code in a video. There may be a possible html5 solution, but it would require a lot of work converting the files and a lot of backend PHP work.

Some people have pages and pages of comments because either too lazy, too intimidated by the amount of comments to delete or the comments come really fast...
Can we please have a button for deleting an entire page of comments so we can cut down the amount of comments quickly rather than one by one? (which takes forever)
It's difficult to scroll all the way down the page to get to the links, go to the last page and delete a comment... and then have to scroll down the first page again to get to the links to get to the last page and...
It is so time consuming and after some time, I just give up for a long time and then I end up with 200 pages. Deleting a whole page or all comments all at once would be far better.

The Gaia Gatcha RIG that came out last month was met with a lot of negative feedback, mainly about the horrible drop rates and the fact you need to collect everything to unlock another item.
I'm just hoping Gaia has seen our worries and will improve the next 'Gatcha RIG', with better drop rates to make it fairer for all Gaians.
The 'collect them all' feature isn't great but thats what makes these RIGs, I suppose.

We've definitely reviewed the feedback and discussed it amongst the team and are looking at making some changes for future releases that we hope will address the concerns the community had regarding them. I don't want to necessarily reveal these changes as it's still a work in progress, but we definitely are looking at areas we can adjust.

We have a small staff that we use for ATS, the past couple delays some of that staff have been busy being in some important meetings that couldn't be put off, so when we're short on available staff we generally delay ATS because we don't want to run it with one or two people because then we know that a large amount of questions can't be addressed. We're all okay! Just been a couple busy weeks.

is there anyway we could get more places to hang out in towns 2/virtual hollywood/rally? i notice there are a lot of buildings that are just "decoration" but it would be cool to have access to those buildings and a lot of lag in certain areas cause people could fan out more

That's a tough one, because there's no more unsoulbound rings since the re-release, and it's not something trivial to add to trading. Unless there is a larger demand for the feature, I can only suggest screencaps or having the item posted on the marketplace to confirm it's CL.

Last we heard about it was over a month ago in ATS when Zero said it should take a couple of weeks, and I'm just starting to get worried the one thing I want to use my voucher on will be sold out by the time this ends up happening as it's old stock ><

We have definitely noticed a drop in users using mules to vote on their own avatars and other methods of cheating. It's not a perfect solution, but for now I think has helped and allows us to address Gaians who are concerned about cheating in Runway.

We are working as hard as we can to get everything taken care of. The problem is that the queues are so massive that we were swamped. We are making a lot of headway, though.

I noticed recently that someone was sorting their favorites into different galleries and each time they moved or added an avatar of mine they had already favorited (some as far back as Jan or Feb) I got another notice. In addition to that some of my avatars doubled in the "MY TAGGED AVATARS." page.
I really like to get notifications when someone adds one of my avatars but would it be possible to suppress double notifications and to try to fix the duplicate problem? Thanks for looking into this.

Currently it's possible to have more than one favorite of the same avi in different, or even the same collection.
I can run some check and not send notifications on duplicates.

Every e-mail that has been sent in up until 3:23pm PDT (when we had to start preparing for ATS) has been replied to. So if you have any friends that e-mailed usertalk@gaiaonline.com during that time, they should have a reply in their inbox. If not, have them check their spam and/or trashbox, if they don't see anything still, they can send in another e-mail.

I'm not asking for a miracle, I'm just asking to make things right with not being able to sell the items myself before they were released to the general public.
