Primarily the area in which the air ship departs, there are lines of people trying to get down to certain settlements on the ground. It is like clockwork when the floating city passes an encampment, and depending on which colony is scheduled for departure, the lines can be extremely long or none at all. There are families that live near the departure zones, and while it takes a few days to get back to certain settlements, they are always welcoming familiar faces back. A large floating orb gives unnatural light sources to the inhabitants, especially those making night voyages, during the night and many festivals are set here.
