Personality: A calm and collected individual, nero handles most situations that would induce terror and fear in the average person with a controlled ease. In most cases, even genuine surprise and happiness, he reactions to stimuli are subdued. His conduct is very business-like, however he isn't incapable of a bit a humor, goodnatured and not. Despite appearing detached and cold, he cares deeply for the lives entrusted to him. He is very fearless, has been since he was a child, and has carried this trait with him into adulthood. Though not as overt as his family members, there is an intimidating and domineering air about him; even as a young boy he could make grown intimidating men bend to his will. Nero is very patriotic and incredibly loyal to Brotherhood. He is responsible, usually reasonable, however her calm demeanor can give way to bouts of rage at times.

Power: Black Lightning Manipulation: User can create, shape and manipulate the electricity of a darker, detrimental nature; that which damages, destroys, and consumes anything/everything they come across, representing the hazardous destructive side of electricity, which in turn ignores most of the limitations and weaknesses of the normal electricity. In essence, this is about solely controlling the negative powers of electricity.The user is able to generate and manipulate black lightning within them in a way that allows them to shape the exhaling of the effect. These shapes can include bursts, streams, spheres, even a mist of it from the mouth.
Power Strengths:
The power is more destructive than normal lightning and thus allows him to makes fights quick and most cant stand up to the sheer brutality of black lightning. Makes him faster than normal and hit a lot harder than usual.
Power Weaknesses:
Black lightning is volatile/destructive, causing harm to oneself/environment by accident is ever-present danger.

History: He was separated from his family at a young age, falling into foster care. Nero's hatred for humanity ran deep, very deep. He was always treated like crap from a very early age. When he was old enough to understand his powers and wield them effectively, he new that his vengeance would go unquestioned. He demolished several Friends of Humanity bases before being cornered by them. It was at this time when the brotherhood rescued him. Ever sense then he has been working along side them, soon realizing that both the Brotherhood leader and himself were family, if only by marriage, as she was the ex-wife of his elder brother he never knew he had, till know that is.
