The boy was looking disheveled, clothes not settled properly, and his hair tousled as if forcefully moved about. She kept trying to encourage the ruffled little Orion, his crocobee doing the same by clicking at him, and nosing his pale freckled cheeks. But he didn't seem to even register. His usual cheery, and upbeat disposition was on lock down for the time being. Once they reached the lunchroom, he muttered a soft, 'thanks', before he went on ahead.
Once away from the adult, he gave a long inhale, and annoyed exhale. Finally, his hardened gaze lifted, and began to scan around the room for the friend he'd promised to have lunch with. His grey and red crocobee did the same, buzzing about to seek out the lunchmate. With a few clicks of recognition, that drew Orion's attention, Haseo was spotted. Another sigh to try and release his frustration, and Orion sauntered his way over to the fellow hybrid, a half-hearted ghost of his normal grin wriggling onto his face, "Hey Haseo, sorry I'm late." he began, rubbing the back of his head apologetically.
