Personality: Marcel would be the kind of person to give back and help others if he truly wanted to, but in truth, humans were what drove him away from this idea. He sides with the Brotherhood because they believe in advancing Mutant life as well as valuing it more over humans. Other than this political stance, Marcel is occasionally urban, using various modern slang in his vocabulary to often times truly showing he is more intelligent than he lets on, often strategically planning moves from not just on the Brotherhood's end, but even in the various video games he makes. To these reasons, he is very much outward with his social media life, but paranoid at the same time from the figure that had led him to his disdain to most humans in the first place. When he is with someone he can trust though, he's overly concerned, caring and oftenly joking, though sometimes his joking can be with subtle pranks to occasional name calling. As he's never experienced a relationship before, he only knows what his parents had, which was heterosexual, but it can become questioning to something more depending on the bonds formed with others and if they're the trigger for that matter.

Power: Hydrokinesis: The user can create, shape and manipulate water, inorganic compound with liquid, gas (steam, water vapour), and solid (ice) states, including changing them from one state to other.
Power Strengths: Marcel is capable of drawing water from any surface, especially what cannot be visibly seen. He can pull water out from their vapors, steam, fog, and gas and ice if possible. He can cause it to rain from pulling on the clouds. He can even pull water out from his own body, this of which drains him heavily as he needs to rehydrate himself. He is capable of pressurizing water, making it sharp like a blade to extremely soft. The water is also his to form into various shapes as well.
Power Weaknesses: Despite all the great feats that can be seemingly accomplished with this power, it comes with it's limits. If in a water form, he can be electrocuted or suffer from evaporation from intense heats. He can be frozen, but he can become water, therefore making this not an effective way to deal with him. Furthermore, his powers depends on his source. He has to draw it from somewhere in order to utilize it to the fullest. A beach is ideal, for example as he's around a body of water, but somewhere in the middle of the city however, wouldn't be. Not if he's looking to draw massive amounts of water, that is. He has a frail homo sapien body outside of these powers. Sure enough he could heal if in his Hydro form, but in his regular form, that creates a problem. He rarely uses his hydro form, the male still relatively new with his powers.
History: Marcel was a marked male since birth, sadly to say. His parents fancied the interests of Mr. Sinister and he was conceived in their imprisonment. His mutation triggered early by birth, the male unknowingly causing the death of his mother, who suffered from severe dehydration, Mr. Sinister and his father both assumed he would just simply be normal as they thought this was just simply a pregnancy gone wrong. His powers were even dormant for a while up to his late teenhood. His father was a renown assassin who's powers stemmed in Teleportation, similar to Azazel and Nightcrawler. It were these abilities that allowed his father to get him and Marcel out to safety, where they spent most of their lives underground with the Morlocks in Texas. His father put his best effort forward to teach the male before him fully, teaching him English properly as well as Spanish. For forms of concentration, he taught the male how to efficiently make knives and swords, which were sold to make pocket change. He was properly educated, but sheltered. When Mr. Sinister finally struck "home," Marcel was forced to leave his father behind and run.
His powers had manifested during this. He was already keen to strangers as is, but an innocent girl had gotten too curious. She touched him while he was resting on a bench, the male tired after running for so long, all the way from Dallas to Houston. When he was startled, his powers triggered, pulling water from the sewers themselves. Of course he did not mean it when he realized what was happening, but the local Friends of Humanity members did not see it that way. They took it upon themselves to make matters worse, which only infuriated him. The male practically washed them away, but not being used to such powers, he passed out. When he had awoken, he found himself resting in a bed, a female clad in Scarlet red awaiting him to have finally come to. The rest is history from there.
From then on, Marcel has been with the Brotherhood, fully learning who his enemies are. He is not certain if his father is alive, but he makes sure the target stays off his back from both the humans and Mr. Sinister. He began learning the stealthplay his father attempted to utilize to become an assassin on his own. He got fully involved with Politics, learning History and the likes as they were his favorite subjects. He had plans to destroy his enemies on political and non-political levels
