Personality: Has a slight shyness to her that stays until she feels comfortable around people. Most of the time she's the last one to be called on and doesn't really speak up much. She is so used to being treated badly she just rather not be seen or heard.
Likes: Snow, candles, silk anything, Blue jean anything, chocolate, studying, swimming, and reading.
Dislikes: Being treated differently, her parents.
Power: Winter Manipulation-The user is able to bring the season of winter, causing hibernation in animals, diminished or halted growth in plants, cold weather and long periods of darkness.
Cryo-Atmokenisis- The user can sense, generate and manipulate all cold aspects of the weather such as snow, hail, blizzards, cold air, freezing rain etc. Advanced users may concentrate the effects to greatly that they can make a snow storm indoors or stretch them out so far they cover continental, possibly even global distances.
Frigokenisis- User can create, shape and manipulate snow, precipitation in the form of flakes of crystalline water ice. Because snow is composed of small ice particles, it is a granular material with an open and therefore soft structure, unless subjected to external pressure.
Snowflakes come in a variety of sizes and shapes, with types that fall in the form of a ball due to melting and refreezing, rather than a flake, are known as hail, ice pellets or snow grains.
Power Strengths: Can counter attack Plant type powers and Fire Powers, and water based powers just strengthens the powers even more.
Power Weaknesses:Most Fire based powers she can counterattack, but they are still able to defeat her pretty easily. Her powers are still mostly unstable, so she only uses them when necessary.
History: Delilah had ran away from the lab that had made her who she is. The DNA donor to make her being a mix of Bobby Drake (Iceman) and Emma Frost. Treated like nothing just made her angry. And finally, when she was able to escape, she began making her way to the Eden, that one of the nurses had told her about. Her and all of her other friends made the long trek to the place where they would be safe. Some of them not making it sadly. But Delilah, she was a fighter, and she fought to attempt to keep everyone. Her powers did come in handy travelling through the heat.
When they all finally made it, she knew, deep in her soul that this was it. No more pain, no more expirements, no more torture. That was behind her, and now, she is ready to start anew.
