If you are donating a Gaia Gold amount to for Gold Prize, please understand that donating it into the guild funds will not be used for contests, the guild fund is used to buy more sub forums and to send guild announcements. Therefore, it has to be traded.

You don't want your prize but you want to let it go back into the contest?

That is perfectly understandable! Just let me know that you refuse the prize and will not roll for it or accept the Gold Prize. I thank you that you are letting your prize to go to someone else and that you appreciate your efforts in making the guild great.



You want to Trade your Prize?

No problem but I ask that you give me some time till I can locate a prize that will appeals to you. I also ask that you give it some time to think about trading your prize in and rather you want to give it back into the contest or sell it for a quick buck in the market place. Remember that this is your prize and you can do what you want with it.

With the option of a trade in, I may not have the ability at the moment to trade it in and will have to turn down the request. Or if I have too many trade in requests, please understand that I will have turn those requests away as there are too many guild members participation. I can also turn down your request as I am working a job as well and I already have too much on my plate.

As this contest begins, I will have to turn down requests for trade ins as I can be flooded with them once the first several Winners has reached 1k.

I cannot guarantee a trade in 100% of the time but I can guarantee that your efforts are making this guild great 100% and maybe more.



Contest Moderator

Need a job? I need eyes on the guild to keep a look out for cheaters and rule breakers.

However, there are perks.

You get to assist others in reaching 1k posts while RPing and chatting.

You are making this Guild great and are appreciated for it.

You get exclusive access to me but my times when I am on very but I promise a quick response.

Power to issue the first warning against first time offenders. Alert me with a PM.


Then there are set backs.

You will have to forfeit any and all prizes as you are merely assisting but helping others reach that goal.

You may get a less than stellar prize - if you don't mind - upon reaching a goal. - Or no prize granted -

If found cheating or assisting others to cheat, removed from moderator position and no chance in competing. First time caught, that's it. No do overs or second chances.

Second time offenders will have to officially be disqualified through me but assistance in an investigation is appreciated.


If you wish to be a moderator, then PM me and I will send you the rules and what to do when you catch first and second time offenders. I want communication to be our key, rather it has to be done through a gaia forum post or PM's or a chat room. Alert me however!

The application is below. - I will seal each user application with a different seal to verify that you have been authenticated upon acceptation and that there are no people wriggling in. Once you are approved, I ask that you put your request in this thread where I will put the seal on it, Locking you in.
