Background Information
The Galway family was one among many families who were scattered and put into disarray in the fighting and tragedies of the past. Having relocated to Vacuo from Vale.
Finally finding a place they could call home once again, they begot a son, having already had a daughter, Heather. Their son inherited the farm, and the land. Growing up living although not rough but under good work and understanding everyone must do their part, and those who do not, should not be carried by others who do. This was enforced into Heather's head by her brother, who was head of the house, a strong working man just as her father was the short time she knew him before his passing as well as her mother's.
Her brother raised her, trained her, and showed her, there was nothing to fear and no one to stand in her way of her destiny and mission. To always fight for good, support the downtrodden, all of the good stuff a future huntsman or huntswoman would need to represent.
It wasn't until she was 16, that her brother, met a woman, and soon married. Much to Heather's objections to the woman. And it proved to be true, the suspicions she had. Returning from work Heather found her brother dead, murdered, and the deed and all their money, dust, and family heirlooms gone. Heather grew blind, forsaking everything she had been taught, and going on a path to find and obtain revenge on the woman who murdered her brother. This path, dark as it was, only grew darker.
Finding herself quickly among the ranks of fringe groups of the White Fang, lesser than favorable guilds, and bandits, her skills meant for becoming a huntswoman quickly became useful in bad ways. And obtaining a somewhat of a name for herself. However, where there is a name, there is a challenger.
Heather was, after a long pursuit, finally tracked down, and captured by a White Fang group she had done wrong by. For years, she was subject to a number of horrible, grotesque, and humiliating and scaring occurrences. Only warping her mind further and driving her will for revenge and destruction over the brink. It was at this time, she discovered her semblance finally. Of all the pain she felt, the feelings, the thoughts, she was able to project them onto others. And with her bucket list of events, she was in no short supply, bestowing her semblance upon her captors and escaping.
You would think she would go quiet, and start over.
But no, pushing herself and setting herself on a new destination, and it was to exact the pain she felt and has endured, onto all those who have not, and those who take for granted the niceties they have. All would feel her pain and anguish. And if this meant the murder of a maiden, or a headmaster and their pupils, or anyone who did not align with her or her with them, then it was just.
