Appearance:
Leona's ram horns would be considered a baphomet trait, as they have a set of ram horns. Hybridizing Leona to only have custom ram horns (as her bapho trait) is acceptable!
The reference ram horns have defined ridges. That would definitely be a mutated trait. If you decide to forgo the ridges, she would be a standard hybrid and could be obtained in any month. If you want the ridges, you could only obtain her in October.
What color do you want her demon tail? Adding to that, what color do you want the horns and skin? The pictures provided have starkly different colors in places, and would be confusing to know which you preferred. You can always use a color picker and grab the exact color you want, or specify between the images (like saying 'brown from the pocketu image' ).
You did say that you wanted a normal demon tail. However, if you decide to keep ridged ram horns, having spikes on the tail could be another mutation. Just food for thought!
Not on the list (though we really should add it..) is Leona a battery or interfile? Or neither?
Backstory:
You mention that Leona is an orphan, but it's unclear if she is a cache orphan or was orphaned in some other manner.
I'd love to get more about her life in the school and why she decided to drop out. That's a pretty big decision!
Was Noel a friend from school? Or someone Leona met outside of Asphodel?
Profile:
You hinted at some goals in her personality, like getting a companion or having a child, but they need to be clearly defined and in their own part. What are her goals right now? If she doesn't have any, that's perfectly fine, but that has to be written out c:
Would Leona be drawn to adopting a Fallen? Or would she be repulsed by it since it reminded her too much of Noel?

Leona is a very solid character. After a few adjustments and clarifications, she should be able to be approved!
Suggestions:
You don't have to implement these! Just some thoughts to play with.
Have you considered getting someone who would be a relative/sibling of Noel? That might be an interesting plot for the future!
Fallen have extensive magic in preserving very old books or scrolls. Did Noel have any of this skill? Did she teach Leona any of it?
'Rare' books would also likely include things like necromancy and blood magic, banned and illegal subjects. Does the bookstore deal in these things? Is it widely known? Or more of a secret?
