Michael had never really spent a lot of time away from the family home. He would occasionally venture out to keep watch for visitors and to be on guard for any potential threats. Michael was a balance of mother and father. Protective to almost a fault but with the open kindness of his father instead of his mother's often suspicious nature. Raphael had seen much promise in all his children but worried as Michael continued to linger so close to home. The Shrine did not need another protector. In his travels the elder dragon had heard that other Shrines existed throughout the land. Not quite extensive perhaps as his own or they would have been found but out there somewhere waiting for tending. And so he passed this knowledge on to his son hoping to catch the potential guardian's interest in a new place of his own to tend and protect.Michael realized what was going on, but decided it was in fact a worthy cause and not just an excuse to get him out of the nest. He'd seen the help his father had been able to find for lost ulaya in need of a place to rest and heal from the wounds of the heart. He'd meet those that continued to visit seeking advice, those his father called friends. The idea of their being another place out there like this that could be a sanctuary turned the quiet suggestions into a quest. Michael was more of a protector so he couldn't provide the healing guidance his father could, but perhaps just having a place for reflection with a strong guardian protecting it would be enough.
With the blessings of his parents, Michael had set out on his quest. Currently his strong wings carried him over the forested land and foothills just beyond the mountain where he'd grown up. It was not too far from home, but far enough that the young draco was starting to look for signs of what he sought. He was looking for rocks or trees that looked to have been manipulated into patterns. Of course the eyes would always try to find patterns so he knew the view from the air was only a start and further investigation on the ground would be required for any possible places. He'd seen a spot earlier in the day but had continued to circle the area until it was time for a rest. So he returned to the small clearing with a single white stone near it's center. A bit of rest and he'd begin the investigation on foot... pleased to have a spot with such potential he circled and came in for a landing.

figure your boy can have seen him in the area and maybe start his stalking

It wasn't easy to spot Aruka. Especially near the colder regions. Occasionally he spent his time exploring but wary of where he was, of course. There was a healthy paranoia that grew within him with how much bad luck others had accumulated when he was around. At first, his parents, next it was neighborhood kits picking on him, the next... A shrine.
