Unlike my "Village Separation" suggestion this is much simpler but I feel more necessary.

Simply an announcement/sticky thread in the main forum that identifies the 5 villages, and any info the the kages of said village feel is relevant. While one SHOULD look into all of the villages I feel most are likely just going by personal preference from the series while some of the villages have actually changed a lot.

Moreover, as a kage, I was curious if there was even a point to us being quoted in the apply for a village spot thread. Are we allowed to say no? If so, I actually would use this thread detailed above for us kages to include "requirements" to be apart of the village. Some might have none while others may be more strict.
