■ INDEPENDENTSince I was old enough to comprehend most things, I found myself being very independent. With my father working most of the year, I didn’t want to be much trouble, even though I had others watching me when he wasn’t around. That made me become very responsible, doing what needed to be done every day without question. I make sure my work was done and rarely put anything off. I’ve also learned to do most things heavily on my own, even when I could use the help. ■ METHODICALAlong with that I keep things clean. My room is kept tidy. My bed is made every morning once I wake. I’m also quite smart. I try to do everything the quickest way. Whatever gets the job done right and in the least amount of time, though I do take my time to make sure it is done right. There’s nothing wrong with keeping things in order and being efficient. ■ OFFHANDEDWhen dealing with people I can come off as if I have no interest or care about what they’re saying or doing. Like my world doesn’t included them. I’m calm most of the time perhaps to calm. However, it’s not that I don’t care. I don’t push things to the side and pretend they never happened. I really do listen I just don’t think freaking out or panicking over something gets anything accomplished. ■ SYMPATHETICI might not show it very well, but I do care about people. I can be gentle, especially with small animals. I’m quite understanding about people and I get most situations. When I was a child, I understood most situations that even a kid might not fully understand. I don’t enjoy hearing people’s struggles. If I can help in any way I would. Even if it’s just lending an ear, I’m good with that rather than the talking bit. But I really can be supportive if I put in a solid effort. ■ RESILIENTI'm a fighter at heart. I might not always look it but I’m a toucher then I look. I don’t give up. If I fail, I just try again. There’s no sense walking away from something that you could figure out or be really good at with a bit of hard work. When it comes to people, I don’t give up on them. Sure, some can be complicated but you shouldn’t give up on people. They might just surprise you. ■ IMPLUSIVEAlso at times I act on impulse. It doesn’t happen often but sometimes I can be reckless and stupid if I let myself. It can seem very spontaneous and sometimes make no sense. However, if I feel passionate about something or want something bad enough it can happen. A good example of this is my need to help animals that are abandoned or injured. It could be as big as a dragon and I'd still rush over to help. I get that from my father.

CHILDHOODMy father dated a girl named Heidi when he visited Belgium. Though, they didn't date long she became pregnant. Despite not wanting a child, she went through with it. As luck may have it, their love made me. I was born on a rather nice summer day. Though, Heidi wasn't a mother to me I still had my father. My father Thorsten raised me on his own. We ended up moving to Scotland when I was five. Father became a professor at Hogwarts. Heidi kept in touch with us despite the distance.
While my father was at work I was in the care of others. Though, he came home when he wasn't working. Some mornings he wouldn't be there but that was okay. Then some evenings he wouldn't be home. I understood that he had to support us somehow. I was alright with it so long as I got to see him. I also got to help him with the occasional stray or injured animals that happen by. I started using magic early so I had to keep it hidden most of the time. When I turned seven, I started attended charms school. When I turned eleven, I thought I'd be going to Durmstrang where my father went. To our surprise I received a letter to attend Beauxbaton. Guess we both had it wrong.
SCHOOL YEARS Starting at Beauxbaton it turned out to be okay. Although I didn’t know much French when I started, I picked it up quick enough. My first year I made a Spanish friend, Ismael from Spain. When summer rolled around my Father got me an owl for the following year. Second year I met a first year named Colten. He and I have socialized off and on throughout my time in school and it turns out he’s from England, so I was able to see him on occasion during the summer. With four extra classes and somewhat of a career path I studied hard for my MATRONs in my Sixth year. I came out with decent grades some better then others. However, I went into my final year confident that I’d be able to help sick and injured animals in the future.
POST GRADUATIONSince graduating I've been shadowing someone in my field of choice. Two years later I'm starting off on my own. It's about time Hogsmeade had a vet in the area.

THORSTEN ECKSTEIN : Keltainen, Class of 2019 "Ghost Studies Professor"
My father attended Durmstrang. He's the reason we moved to Scotland. He's a professor at Hogwarts. Despite being odd to most I find he's a very loving father. He takes good care of me and I don't cause him much trouble.
HEIDI WESTENBERG : Aphrodite, Class of 2020 (NPC)
She was a blonde Pureblood that my father met in Belgium. She attended Beauxbaton when she was in school. She didn't want to be a mother but she had me anyways. Despite not wanting to play a motherly role she kept in touch. We write to each other now since father and I left for Scotland.
