Noctis grabbed his brother's arm, "Calm down, he wasn't with us," he stopped him, which Cecil looked at his brother and lower his keyblade. He pulled out his lacrima phone to text it to Noctis about Lucky's prediction of Last Demon Tool's location, knowing Arachne's spider will watching them. Noctis felt his phone vibrating as he pulled it out of his pocket and read the text. Cecil made his keyblade disappeared and looked at Vincent, "So Mitsuki was hunting Templars in London, and looking for an artifact. Honestly, my younger siblings and I can travel anywhere with our light and darkness, we can think of place that we can track people," he replied to him, and explains how he and his younger siblings can easily tracking the place.

Cecil fell backward from a open palm against his face, he groan in pain, while Noctis quickly helped his brother up before in much of his horror that Vincent use the rope around his eldest brother's neck. Cecil glared at him as his darkness aura appeared around him as he gagged, while Noctis was ready to tackle his brother down, while listening to Vincent. Noctis narrowed his bright blue eyes, just as he remove the rope around Cecil neck as he cough and rub his neck. Noctis focus on Vincent, being cautious about three keyblades behind him, "You know, we use to like that whenever we have gone dark, our anger is one thing you shouldn't mess with. No, we don't use our magic to kill anyone," he said to him calmly, Cecil calmed himself down. He glared at Vincent, he took a notice on Vincent's wayfinder, he soften his look, Noctis noticed and told him who gave it to him. Cecil widen his purple eyes, he figured why he has a wayfinder, "I guess everyone outside of our home viewed differently to Alex. To us, he may be failed Xehanort, but he's our comrade," he said to him and walked towards his brother, who just teleported to the train rooftop leaving particles of light and darkness, "We don't come here to fight or argument about Alex. We are looking for Mitsuki, so you have any idea where she is."

Cecil listened to Vincent about the darkness, he didn't react about it, yet he got his advice. He sighed and placed his hands in his pocket, "We know that, we got that warning from few people, who knew how dangerous about time traveling. The time might catch up to us soon," he replied about the time traveling, yet the time will caught up soon to drag him and others back to their timeline. He narrows his purple eyes at him, before he smiled, "If I kill you, I will be a lot worse than those criminals in my timeline," he said to him, until he took a notice of frost covered the train, he widen his purple eyes as he startled, "What the h*ll!?"
Noctis sat on the train rooftop to look at the London, then he suddenly shivered and he can sees his breath, which he took a notice, "What the h*ll? It's summer, how is that-" he questioning himself as he noticed the train begin to cover in frost. He covered himself from coldness, until he catch a glimpse of the woman in icy color complexion flying passing by and watched her where she landed. He blinked couple times before the ice started to melt, "That woman in ice, who is she."

Noctis turned his head towards Vincent as he explained about a woman named Shiva, an astral being from Lucia. He got his warning about one touch, he's icicle. Letting the sun hit him from cold feeling, just as Vincent get back in the train, "Unless you wanted to get trapped by by few ice user," he thought as he think about Leonard, Fullbuster twins, Gray, and Shiro.
Cecil stayed in the train, until Vincent came back, and he was back to eating. He allowed him and his youngest brother to find Mitsuki, yet a lot of learn. He sighed deeply, "Yeah, we get it," he replied to him before he teleported to with darkness and light particles to where Noctis located.
Two brothers looked at each other, Noctis looked at his eldest brother as he stood up, "Ready to go?" "Yeah, but what happen out there?" he replied and asked him with his right hand against his hip. Noctis smiled and looked at the London, "Shiva that Vin called her, flew pass by and caused the coldness around the train. He said she's an Astral from Lucia, but we will turned into an icicle if we touch her," he replied about Shiva. Cecil rose his eyebrow, then begin to thought of it, "If this Astral here, why is Shiva coming here?" "We will figure it out later, but now Mitsuki is still new about her keyblade," Noctis replied about investigate about Shiva's sudden appearance, but need to focus on Mitsuki's training. Cecil looked at him in slight surprise, then he smiled at him, "Right," he agreed before they use their flight to get off of the train to start searching for Mitsuki.
