MAGIC TYPE: Caster

BASIC SPELLS:
● Calm Wind - user summons a small breeze by a gentle swipe of the hand in any direction
● Gust - user summons a single blast of strong wind by a simple swipe of the hand in any direction
● Sky Drop - user summons a tornado underneath an opponent to send them high into the air before dissipating to leave the opponent to fall back to the ground
● Storm Bringer - user manipulates the surrounding wind to create a tornado that's released toward a target
● Storm Mail - user manipulates the wind to spin around them until they're covered by an ‘armour’ of strong wind that increases defence
● Storm Shred - user creates blades of air that are aimed at an opponent
● Tailwind - user propels themself forward using a gust of wind in order to increase speed
● Wind Wall - user creates a tornado around a certain area in order to cut it off from everything else. Things from the outside can enter but nothing can leave without being severely harmed through doing so
● Eye of the Storm - the opposite of wind wall. THe user creates a tornado around a certain area in order to cut it off from everything else. Things from inside can exit but nothing can enter without being severely harmed.
● Stone Wind - user summons a wind that picks up lose stones and dirt and pelts a target.

╠══════════BACKGROUND INFORMATION══════════╣

PERSONALITY: Ymir is a normally quiet and reserved person who lacks the desire to create small talk, causing her to come across as dismissive and anti-social. She has a 'big sister' mentality and feels protective over the younger and weaker members of the guild whilst often bickering with them at the same time if they're reckless or misbehave. She's fiercely loyal and if anyone threatens or hurts her guild members she will bring a fury upon them that even she cannot control - this is where she earned the name 'Hysteria'.

BIOGRAPHY: Ymir was the eldest of 4 daughters born to Elea and Dagur and the lone survivor of a house fire that claimed her entire immediate family at the age of 10.
Moving to her aunts house on the other side of town, two years later Ymir encountered a travelling wizard who utilised a magic that could create and control wind. Amazed by his talent, the young girl begged him to teach her, thinking that with such an ability she would rid herself of her fear of fire and be able to help others who might otherwise suffer the same fate.
After relentless asking, the wizard, Hapfthor, finally agreed. Though her aunt didn’t approve, Ymir packed her bags and left to become his one and only apprentice. They travelled the world and worked hard to reach his level and when she reached 20, whilst gaining permits to work in America, Hapfthor revealed that he had terminal cancer but he wasn’t afraid. He would pass knowing that he had a successor who he knew would do good in the world and one day surpass him. Not wanting her to see him deteriorate, he sent Ymir away to find her own path.
Opting to stay in the USA, she originally joined Sabertooth as a means to earn good money, however, she grew fond of the guild and its members and became close friends with Celeste. Ymir’s organisational skills meant she was a perfect match for the sometimes forgetful and carefree guild master and between them, they made a great team. To this day, Ymir works hard to uphold the high standards of Sabertooth and tires to keep its troublemakers in check as well as putting a lot of time into organising funds, events and job allocations, meaning that she doesn’t often leave. Having seen the work with Hapfthor she doesn’t feel the need to go on holiday or travel far away for jobs and is content to stay put.
The name Hysteria was given to her by Hapfthor. This was because when she was younger, she often let her emotions run away with her, causing her magic to erupt in spectacular but uncontrollable form. To this day, she is still capable of doing so. If someone were to threaten or hurt a guild member she would flip. However, unlike Raine who has no control over his ‘other side’, Ymir is now perfectly capable of harnessing it once it’s released.
