For the longest time, I have been unable to purchase anything from Phin Phang. It just doesn't work. Could you please fix this as well as change the pricing as no one would want to sacrifice Gaia Cash on those items.

Could we get some clarification on what it going on with the Monthly Collectible Collector's Pass, this month, please?

A little background here, back at the end of June we got an announcement about the new Monthly Collectible Collector's Pass.

It says that the pass would be good for 6 months and on the last month, December, we would receive an exclusive new item, which will never be released again.

It also states this in the marketplace listing.

However, we did not receive our exclusive item.

Instead, there was another Pass envelope stating that it was for month 7.

Are there any plans to restructure the forums i.e. absorb slowest subforums into one, prune the mostly dead ones, update/remove out of date stickies? Or even just promoting new moderators, there's a few corners of the site in desperate need of some immediate housekeeping.

Could you add more informations about the IRL merchandise you are selling?

For example, materials, size, weight....

A box size and weight could be extremely useful for those which want to buy something which would need to be shipped internationally to estimate shipping prices.

I understand that if you buy the specific Birthstone Box (aka: Januaray Birthstone, February Birthstone, etc.), you will also get an achievement too.

So if I have another Agate Ticket, can I share the birthday achievement to those who want one too?

If I can, I really don't know if I can do it instantly or wait six months before it can be used.

I noticed the price of the tickets are going up in price. I was curious why you list things like the lapis ticket or center stage ticket so high ((In the thousands))
I was curious if you were going to make tickets more affordable. I used to remember when gaia wanted users to get involved and make items instead of trying to milk them dry for the rare chance to Get their avi's drawn or recolor an item.

Is there something staff can do so that we don't have a longggg 2 month wait just to see if our item's going to be put on the queue list ? 2 months is seriously an unreal wait just for a acceptance or denial. D:

Any way we could get something that shows the name of a kin behind a user when you hover over it?

In my Lake Kindred tab I can only see about 66 kins, I have way more than this. They show up in game however I cannot see them in my invo or sell them. My friend gave me these kins, and ever since I got them from the trade I cant see them in my invo. It's making me upset that I can't see them outside of the game, I would really like to be able to sort them so I don't have a mess to look through. Please fix this... If you're going to give a tons of kins you need to be sure the invo can handle them.

There's been some rather widespread grumbling lately that the seeds have reverted back to only giving junk / common drops, with no recent record of any rare pulls. This isn't the first time it's happened, either (the fixes have all been rather shot lived). Any update would be appreciated 3nodding

if someone made a bet with you and lost in the casino and then poofed without paying up and you report them as scamming.. what do you do if later they then finally make good on the bet?

how do you cancel the report or can you cancel a scamming report once it is made?

So another question about tickets since I've noticed that someone else asked about the prices...

Can /ANYTHING/ be done about the OUTRAGEOUS prices for the tickets being asked for in marketplace and forums? Even as little as baby rainbow ticket are going for 9 trillion and as big as platinum going for 100 trillion.

with the cash sales gone, only the people who hoarded those tickets are able to afford or get more. (Not to mention newcomers to gaia who will be stuck in the newbie state due to prices of anything )

I've been viewing videos to earn gaia cash for a long time and recently I've found videos that don't show, you just get the window opens and nothing, or videos that don't pay out (I've watched some twenty times and nothing). Could there be some way of going over the videos or maybe a button at the bottom of videos so we can easily report ones that are having issues? Maybe options, in a drop down menu, of what the problem is i.e: not paying out, not loading video...ect.

Features - Runway/Captchas

So, right now, there's a major issue with the captchas. It happens with all captchas across the site, but I notice that it is most prevalent when voting in Runway.

When voting on a mobile device, (and sometimes when posting as well), when a captcha comes up, a good portion of the time it will redirect you to another site that tries to trick you into installing viruses on your phone.

Because it's on a mobile device, and because the bad captcha redirects you a million times, they can be tricky to report.

Is there any way to fix this? Or are we doomed to be forever stuck avoiding certain features of the site while on mobile so as not to trigger these bad ads/captchas?

Features - GoFusion

GoFusion has slowed down since its launch. Many exclusive items from it that were swapped out have become rather rare.

Would it be possible to consider removing the RIGs from GoFusion and to bring back all or most of the other created items? I don't think RIGs in GoFusion are totally necessary since they have been re-released through things like Lake Kindred.

Can the Lake Kindred Dailies be set to not every 24 hours refresh rate, but every 22 hours?

Reasoning:
- Flexibility. It would let users slowly adjust their 'dailies' to a preferred time of the day if they are on frequently, instead of dailies slowly drifting to less convenient times.
- It wouldn't be a resource burden. The extra two hours could build up into a slight gain in a week and a half if a person was very, very efficient about it, but is unlikely to have a large statistical or economical impact. This is simply a quality of life improvement.
- Bedtime. There's those of us who are insane, and will actually wait up for their dailies to be available before sleeping. Very silly. Save us from our obsessive selves.

Will we be getting the yearly birthstone items in the cash shop at all this year? The Kitten Star pin was only released as a bonus item with the physical merch, and not available for regular purchase. I'm really disappointed if you've decided to drop them without warning, I always loved collecting them.

Forums

Are there any plans to add some addition forum moderators, either volunteers or otherwise, to the site? I ask because while the busier forums like GCD, CB, Mini Shops, etc. are usually spam-free, some of the quieter ones (Art Discussion in particular) are almost always filled with spam. I know Gaia has some anti-spam measures up already, but there are always those few ads that get through. It's just kind of sad to open Art Discussion up just to see that, once again, it's like a 60:40 spam to actual post ratio.
