The Kazekage's Office is where the Kazekage conducts his administrative duties. It contains their office, the meeting chamber of the Sunagakure Council which also houses the large statues of the previous Kazekage, for which reason the chamber is considered sacred and violence is therefore prohibited. It is a large, round, sandy coloured building with several rows of windows and the kanji for Wind (風) painted on the side of the building in a circle. The top of the building is flat and tiled much like the roof of part of the Ninja Academy where the Hokage's office is with a water tower to one side. In the anime, it was also shown that it also houses a puppet workshop that Kankurō uses.

Kyouki would sigh and lean back in his chair as he looked down at his desk. He would turn his chair around and look out the glass. Sighing slightly as he knew he needed to speak with the other Kage's at some point. So he thought why not try and contact them and get the ball rolling. He would turn his chair back around and pull out a small piece of paper and a pencil. He would begin to write out a small note to three of the Kage's that he knew were on good terms with the village before he took office. Standing up and making his way over toward the door before walking out to the roof of the building and over toward the bird cage nestled into the corner. He would tie a small note to three birds, and send them to three different villages. Konoha, Kiri, and Kumo would each receive a bird with a small note written on its leg.
It has been some time since our village's have spoken with one another. I understand you were on good terms with the village hidden in sand, in light of that news. Since our last talk, we have a new Kazekage and would be very helpful to speak with one another. If you get this message, please reply so that we can do a meeting and figure out the future relationship of our village. Sincerely, Kyouki Kazekage.

It seemed rather quiet today which made her footsteps clank, not noticing earlier Cronna stopped walking for a moment to look down at her feet. She had forgotten to put on her shoes again this morning, not like she could tell half the time with the sensors in her feet messing up all the time from the sand that seems to find its way into the circuit boards. "Gahh damn it...: " Despite being a tad frustrated Cronna just shrugged it off seeing as haveing no feeling in her synthetic limbs didnt really hurt anything, heading staight to the Kazekages office and knocked on his door in a somewhat gittery fashion makeing five quick consecutive knocks, it be a shame if she came all this way and no one was even here." Hey Lord Kazekage yah in ?" She took several small steps back and folded her arms around her chest every so often tapping her fingers against her arm waiting for a reply.

As Kyouki watched the birds fly off, a small smile grew across his face at the thought of meeting the other Kages. The thought soon would vanish from his mind before he turned and made his way back down the stairs toward his office to see a tall women standing in front of his door. "Ms Crona, how may I help you?" He said slowly making his way toward her, though he would keep a bit of distance because he wasn't a fan of holding his head at an angle for an entire conversation in the morning like this. The two hadn't been working long and Kyouki was still getting used to the whole Kazekage title. Though over looking her he would notice she didn't have any shoes on and no matter how much he wanted to let out a laugh he needed to keep his composure solid and professional in matters that he hadn't quite heard yet. He was still getting to know the women a bit more and even did a bit of research on the women, finding out she had a good amount of synthetics upgrades within her own body. This was new since most of the time, anything synthetic wasn't used in such a way that it would help others.

Cronna didnt hear an answer at first or any kind of noise from the inside, she was just going to leave and just come back later but as she was about to leave the sound of footsteps grew louder, turning back around she heard her name called out by a young man with crimson hair, looking down abit so she could atleast look the kage in the face" Oh... Heya Lord Kazekage." She gave a slight bow out of respect but that was usually the exent of her formalities, she then just opened the door to the Kazekages office so they could atleast sit down while they talked, but in truth her neck was slightly agitated from having to keep looking down." Sorry for the intrusion but i came to talk about the current progress ive been making in my research and a few other minor things. Then ill get out of ya'lls hair." Back when she first saw the new Kazekage it was more baffling to see someone barley in their twenties have suvh a important postion but it had been done before long ago, to Cronna though it wasnt really important as long as she could keeping up her work." So hows the job treating yah? "

Kyouki would gloss over the women as she always looked like one of those scientists that cared nothing but for her work. He would nod before slowly making his way into the office, rubbing the back of his head as she spoke about how her research was coming along. It was nice to have someone so dedicated to their work within his own force and he was happy that she was within his wing. He would make his way over toward the chair before sitting and leaning forward onto the desk. "The job isn't as ... active as I thought it would be. Alot of sitting around more than helping others, I was actually thinking of maybe training a squad genin." He said before he noticed he was starting to ramble as he shook his head and gave a tired like smile at the women, haven been at it for a few days now. "But less about me, how are you doing and how is your work coming along?" Her work was always rather interesting to hear because every time she came to speak it seemed like she had a new breakthrough or had something else different in process at the same tie as the original plan.

Cronna. Followed in behind the Kazekage taking a seat opposite to his desk, as she listened to him and the thought of training a squad of genin popped up. " Oh wanna train the kids? Its good but please dont try biting off to much, its bad for your health." It wasnt really her place but she did not need their leader flopping over from over working, though seeing that the Kazekage started talking about her progress shed dropped what she was going to say so she could get to business. Looking over to the window and back to Kyouki. " Well where to start... Ok then lets start with the prosthetics." Digging into her coat pocket Cronna pulled out a black note book, it had no outer writting or any at all until chakra was applied to it. Flipping through several pages Cronna then started going over the project in general. " We've managed to find a way for the synthetics to be properly implanted, the False heart we placed in subject 301 has grown a outer layer of flesh around the false heart which seems to keep the body from regecting the foreign object, in a way it seems the tissue does the work of pumping blood and chakra through the sythetic tubes. Ive tested on myself and since last month ive seen no problems to my health or a decline in blood pressure. " She went on abit longer about the The mechanics. " If all goes well the product should be ready for Medical and military use in about seven weeks." Flipping a couple more pages she went on almost with a gleeful tone " Lastly we have the chakra battery unfortunately thats still in the Alpha stage of testing so no much to report their...My personal project Knight is also still in the alpha stages but progress also remains slow" Closing her book and putting it back up, Cronna leaned back getting abit comfortable so ahhe could hear the Kazkages input.

Kyouki would continue to listen to her advancements in the experiments and was hearing very good news. "The amount of lives we can save with you work could really help in dire situations." He said before it clicked that she was also using such things within her own body, though they were still in the testing phase. He didn't want to intrude on such a manner but it was commendable to see a project leader actually be the guinea pig for experiments instead of just leaving it to willing participants. He would lean back in his chair when she spoke about military use before turning his head toward the window. "Hopefully we wont have to use it for military use, Ive sent a letter out to the other Kage's so I could properly introduce myself. I haven't really met them and i have no idea how the last Kage's relationship was with these villages." He would turn his attention back toward her when she spoke about chakra batteries and her personal Knight. "I do hope you have a back up plan if your knight ever does go ... of the wire so to speak."

Or not" Cronna simply shrugging at the notion and moved on with the conversation about her other projects. One phrase in particular caught her ear." Oh...eheh no worries their i put my soul in each project for top quality, Though i so appreciate the concern ill keep it in mind. Though since its a personal project i can just use the funding provided by the village ive kinda had to pay out of pocket..which is the other reason im here." With her saving and pay from missions she come far but due to recent events she had been forced to stop the project several times in the past two years." i was curious.. To see if you had any work need done or a mission if necessary, she wasnt really intrrsted in ninja work but the pay was better then most day jobs here in the village and makeing machines wasnt cheap.

Kyouki would lean back in his chair with a slight chuckle as she spoke about not wasting the Kage's time and she had a point. He didn't want to seem like an eager child meeting other's in the same position he was, so he would need to think of a few things to go over if any did accept his offer. He would then hear her second part of the reason why she truly came, aside from the updates on her projects, she needed funding for her own personal side of the experiments as well. He would think for a moment when she spoke about missions before he would lean over and open a small drawer. Pulling out a small book he would begin to flip through some pages of past incidents to see if any were unfinished. He would come across attacks that had been happening at the border parting the desert and the forest. "We had been having strange but fairly common incidents at the border. Cargo and supplies are constantly missing and the few ninja that I send on an escort are never attacked. Maybe on the next supply trade you tag along unknown and watch from a distance. Find out if maybe there is a reason they only attack when shinobi are not around." He said turning the page around to show the multiple reports on the project.

Cronna waited patiently for the kazekage to look though his book, though abit curious to see what else was in it, she instead just ignored the thought as Kyouki found her a job. Though it was abit odd for that bandits were giveing the village a hard time"Oh im suprised these banbits dont seem stupid,they probably dont want a direct confrontation... But all the same it shall be taken care of with discretion. So when is the next shipment going to be delivered..." Clementia thought for a moment about anything she wold need aside from her gear." Oh right id also like a list of the cargo and names of the workers if thats at all possable." It wasn't odd that they were attacked or even the fact they attacked only when ninja wernt present, she just wanted to know their process.
