Breeding Limits are only until the eggs reach adulthood for the parents. There is no breeding limit to how many times a pet can breed.
Number of Eggs is 2-4 per clutch.
One Egg Per Owner, extras can be contested, given away or given to the shop to find homes for. You CANNOT, however, complain/whine/etc about who your eggs go to should you give them to the shop!
No Incest is obvious.
Species may interbreed. You will get a 50/50 chance of having the parents species. Some mutations may be obtained this way. Say a brachiosaurus and a triceratops bred, a brachiosaurus baby could have horns and a triceratops baby could have a longer tail ect.
Breedings must be consented upon by BOTH involved parties.
Same sex breedings are allowed.
Edits and Mutations have a chance at passing to offspring, however loss of limb or scars will not pass to an offspring.
Available Slots; Like customs a thread will be open every month for pairings I will take at least 1 per month, however more than that will depend on how much time I have during the month. Each Month will have a Species it will Favor, this will be let known each month based on my own preferences.
Mysteries can be chosen to be added to your breeding. These are Gen 1 pets, not related to your parents and can be of different species. IC they are found by the parents and adopted. Often times species of unknown pet will appear or be introduced through these. This is one of the few ways you can get Xenomorphs in the shop. The coloring of these mysteries will be influenced by the seasons, and may even be edited. Mysteries are not considered part of your clutch but a completely different entity. This is the only way to get growing gen 1s in the shop.
Rping breeding pairs will give you perks. For every 1000 words per parent you gain an extra egg [max 3 eggs]. And part of the rp must be something about them wanting to have eggs/start a family or a romantic night out between the pair ect.
This is the only way you can specifically custom in a child if you wish is by cashing in your rps for your breeding pairs. Have a specific way you want one child to look in the breeding this is how you make that customization, the child however must show some resemblance to both parents.
