XXXXX ✦⋰⋰Byoki never came from a very stable home. In fact, it was quite the opposite. His mother had never been around to give him tender love and care. His father was nearly just as bad with the lack of emotional attachment for his son. His father often would ignore the boy if worse came to worse. Byoki was the child who would sob himself to sleep every night, pleading to feel love and affection of any sort from his beloved parents. Of course, it never happened. Byoki spent his childhood days with his face buried in book after book. Knowledge was his power. He never thought fighting was the right way around things. Byoki never really paid much mind to learning how to actually fight. He found knowledge over power. He was a very bright boy. He would often out show those in his academy classes up immensely. He would even have a few of the others pay him for the answers on a test.
xxxxxOne evening however, returning from the academy, Byoki came home to a dark home. He wondered where his parents had gone. Setting his bag down by the door and making his way through the home, he rounded several corners in order to find the two. Coming to the only lit room in the home, Byoki knocked a couple times before opening it to see a rather scaring sight to a young child—anyone for that matter. His father, lying with his mother in a strangely intimate way, but, with a rather sadistic look, his father held his mother’s neck tightly. The woman sputtered and gasped for air as she extended her pale slender arms to the man, placing them on his shoulders. The man grinned before taking a hand away and slamming it into the woman’s cheek. The woman gasped slightly—or what would seem like it at least then lowered her arms as tears streamed down her cheeks. Byoki stared at the two as they partook in sadistic natures. His father glanced to him for a moment before holding a neutral expression as he tightened his grip around the woman’s neck. The woman flailed her arms slightly and even her legs as she pleaded for him to stop what he was doing. The man chuckled lightly as he shook the woman by the neck, crushing her windpipe. Byoki coward from the two as he retreated from the room into his own, locking the door behind him, the boy flung himself onto his bed. Tucking his legs close to him and placing his hands on his head as he wept for his now passed mother.
xxxxxYears would pass and Byoki would grow distant from his cold, sadistic father. However, each evening he would return home, the older man would strike his child. Byoki could never understand as to why his father was this way, it was never like this in the past—even if he never received or gave the affection. Byoki often let it happen. One night, the boy had been engrossed into a book about medical ninjutsu. Something he often favored over anything else. His father came in in a rage induced fury of some sort, spouting nonsense about his wife being dead and it being Byoki’s fault all along. The boy shrugged it off and went back to his books. The man however growled in anger as he neared the boy before gripping him by the hair and slamming his face into the wall. Byoki tossed his book to the side and whimpered softly in pain. The man gripped roughly on the male’s hair as he jerked his head back to look up at him. Byoki had tears in his eyes as he pouted and whimpered for the man to let go of him. The man only scoffed and slammed his face against the wall once more. Now leaving blood splatters on the wall, Byoki cried out with a now busted nose. The man grinned softly before taking a few droplets of blood from the male’s nose and rubbing it through his fingers, “How I love it when they bleed~” He whispered as he slammed the boy against the wall a couple more times. Byoki cried softly as he saw his pale hair beginning to become red from the blood secreting from his body. The man soon became bored and let go of his son. Byoki sobbed and watched as the man came back with a scalpel. Byoki looked at him in pure fear as he brought his hands up to fight against the man as he grinned, trying to cut into his neck. Byoki cried out as the blade pierced into the side of his neck. Gasping rapidly the boy pushed his father away and weaved a quick set of hand signs before plunging his hand into the man’s chest. Byoki’s eyes widened as he stared into his father’s blank stare. The older man coughed a couple times, coughing up small amounts of blood before slumping forward into Byoki. The young man removed his hand before looking to his deceased father. Pushing his father off of him, Byoki sprinted out, tears and blood trailing behind him.
xxxxxA few more years passed and the boy soon became a young man, then eventually a disturbed man. He went by many different names to ensure that no one would find out about the crime he had committed. He advanced through medical fields rather quickly and decided on the path of a medical nin. As numb and void of emotion he was for the most part, he had become well respected and trusted for his skills. Many patience would come to him for his services. His cuts were absolutely perfect—too perfect even. It would often see that he practiced his works a little too much, even on those who he did operate on. Within time, it seemed his mental instability would begin to fail him. He would freeze up in mid operation and forget what he was doing, often causing him to leave the room in a fit of emotions, whether it be in fear, pain, rage, or even in some cases, ecstasy. This caused many to question if he was still fit. He wanted to remain in his job. The building soon forced the man to recruit an underling, to help him stay on track. To keep his job, the man complied.
xxxxxAfter a few months of searching for someone worthy of servicing with him, Byoki soon began to feel dull and stoic towards even keeping his job. His mental stability began to fall further and further into the depths of insanity. He would often return home in fits of rage, cutting slices in his arms over something he never understood. This happened for a couple more weeks until the man came to one last interview. A woman, she seemed strange to him, he had to know more about her. Hiring her on the spot, she put her to work. She seemed to catch on quickly to his work. This pleased him very much. This was very promising. One evening, Byoki had been working late on an operation. He dismissed the woman long before he knew he wouldn’t be able to save this man. Sighing in defeat, he sipped up the body bag before rolling him into the morgue. Once the man had gotten there, the sight he saw was something to behold. The woman he had hired, eating the corpse of one of the long deceased victims. Cocking an eyebrow, Byoki was fascinated by this. He knew that this in turn would be a very interesting service.
xxxxxA few years would pass since his medical nin days, the woman he hired disappearing one evening- moving, getting killed, what have you; Byoki cared little for the details. Retiring from his Medical work and moving to the special ops per request of the kage, Byoki found his stability inclining for a change. His insanity dwindling to make him somewhat of a better member of society, Within a few years he was appointed as captain of the ANBU and worked closely beside the kage.

The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.
Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands.

The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. A medical form that stabs nerve points with needles. It can either be used for aid, to invigorate a limb or similar, or if used correctly, can disable body parts and make them unable to perform actions. However, you can’t really kill someone with acupuncture (a skilled acupuncturist can however, fake death – that level of skill would be around Chuunin to Jounin level), and you cannot disable vital internal organs. If arm is disabled, certain seals can still be performed – which means jutsu can be used.
Also, for example, a whole leg cannot be disabled by one needle – a specific part of the leg may disable from the knee to the ankle down, but the toes and thighs could still function.

The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division. However, a body's cells can only split a certain number of times in a lifetime, and by speeding up this process, the user is shortening their natural lifespan.
Effect: Almost instantaneously heals its user and speeds up the production of new cells. However, dependent upon the duration of the technique, much of the user's longevity is decreased. Use of this technique is very dangerous, with single uses taking even a few years off of the lifespan of its user.

XXXXX ✦⋰⋰ Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Clone Technique] C | The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones that are made out of water. Also, unlike shadow clones, water clones hold only one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert to normal water.

The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move or breathe while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Once the chakra is gathered, users charge at their target and thrust the Chidori into them, piercing them and typically causing fatal damage. Despite the sound it makes, the rapid speed at which it's used makes it useful for assassinations. The speed at which the Chidori is performed, despite being one of its greatest assets, also represents one of its biggest drawbacks: users move at their target so fast that its causes a tunnel vision-like effect for them. Because they charge in a straight line it is easy for opponents to attack them, and because of the tunnel vision it is difficult for the user to see these attacks, much less react to them. For this reason, most ninja cannot use the Chidori safely. If the user has a Sharingan, however, these drawbacks are overcome: the Sharingan's heightened visual perception prevents the tunnel vision from occurring and its predictive capabilities make it easy for the user to avoid counterattacks. XXXXX ✦⋰⋰ • Hyoton Makyou Hyoshou (Ice Release Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors)
Makyou Hyoshou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to the Hyouton bloodline. After forming the necessary hand seals, nearby water forms long flat mirrors 360 degrees around the target. They then places themselves inside one of the mirrors. Once inside the mirror, they can then using the mirror reflections to confuse his target. Utilizing the reflections, they can then almost instantaneously move from one mirror to the other. Due to the speed, their target will appear to be moving in slow motion. Because of this they can then unleash numerous needles into their opponent with little difficulty. Keep in mind, this Jutsu can only be used for a certain number of posts.

The user will stretch both arms forward, their palms open, and force water and wind to meld into a medium sized dome of durable ice around himself and his allies. The ice formed this way is extremely strong, and even constant barrage by explosive tags is proven useless. It should be noted that the user must hold both arms out in order to maintain the technique.
XXXXX ✦⋰⋰ • Hyoton: Rouga Nadare no Jutsu [Ice Release: Wolf Fang Avalanche Technique] A
After performing the needed handsigns, the user will cause nearby ice to take on the form of a hunting pack [3] of white wolves. These wolves are completely controlled by the whim of the creator, and are capable of causing severe physical injury on their target, thanks to their speed and raw cold strength. This technique requires an existing supply of water or ice in order to form.
XXXXX ✦⋰⋰ • Hyoton Hyotaisou no Kenshiki [Ice Emperors Pride] A
By concentrating and forming ice around the hands, the user is capable of creating a pair of katars, conjuring a thin, yet durable blade of ice, around four feet in length from the users knuckles, and spanning a maximum width of the users own hand, growing narrower until it reaches the tip of the blade. The blades are capable of parrying weapons of A-Rank and lower, and are able to withstand up to B-Rank Kinjutsu fire. The katars last indefinitely once formed, but cost a small amount of chakra to maintain. Additionally, if part of it is broken, the user can expend chakra to repair the blades by forming ice to remake it.

This Jutsu creates a shield of ice around the user in a dome shape. This will stop any Taijutsu attacks of lower than A-rank and Ninjutsu of A-rank or lower, unless it is a fire-type Jutsu. This shield will only stop B-Rank fire Jutsu and lower, otherwise the shield will melt. Also, this shield blocks most sound from getting through, and breaks eye contact, so many Genjutsu will not work either. This will last for as long as it is not broken, though the user can cancel the shield at any time, in which case it'll appear to crumble. It is only big enough for two people to fit in, and a grown man will have to crouch to fit in it. Also, the user can determine how much of the dome is made as well. Also, the user cannot see anything going on outside unless they have a Jutsu that allows them otherwise, and not hearing can go both ways. The earth underneath is just as vulnerable as it would be normally.

This Jutsu requires an Ice Shield to have been made. Once the user has the ice shield created, several handsigns are needed, and the shield will begin to make cracks, but won't crumble. A moment later, the pieces will shoot off of the shield in sharpened chunks capable of cutting into skin at a medium depth. This Jutsu can also spread ice around to be used for more Jutsu once more.
XXXXX ✦⋰⋰ • Hyoton: Souryou Boufuusetsu [Ice Release: Twin Dragon Blizzard] S
After performing the needed handsigns, the user will thrust their arms outward, gathering ice and water to their palms. In the same motion, the user will send out a twisting torrent of liquid black ice, whose rotation results in the front of the blizzard to take on the appearance of a dragon's head, from both hands. Rather than simply attempting to ram their target, these dragons will converge on a single point, using one another's momentum to combine and form a large black ice tornado. Aside obvious impact and wind damage, the sheer cold force is enough to freeze bodies of water, and coat enemies in frost. This technique requires an existing supply of water or ice in order to form.

The user unleashes giant spikes made of ice, capable of piercing through a cottage. Haku used this technique when he defended himself from his father and the gathered mob when they attempted to kill him because of his kekkei genkai
The user will make needles surround the opponent from all sides. Directly above them, though, there is an opening. The user can jump away at the last second before the needles converge on their opponent, or they can simply perform the jutsu from a safe distance
XXXXX ✦⋰⋰ • Hyoton: Tsubame Fubuki [Ice Release: Snow Storm Swallows] C
The user will hold out their palm, casting a flock of ice chunks in the shape of birds. With beaks as strong as kunai, these sculptures prove that size matters little in a fight. Additionally, by using wind techniques, the creator can cause the path of the birds to change. Unfortunately, because of their fragile size, most any equally strong Katon technique can melt them
XXXXX ✦⋰⋰ • Hyoton Makyou Hyoshou (Ice Release Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors)
Makyou Hyoshou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to the Hyouton bloodline. After forming the necessary hand seals, nearby water forms long flat mirrors 360 degrees around the target. They then places themselves inside one of the mirrors. Once inside the mirror, they can then using the mirror reflections to confuse his target. Utilizing the reflections, they can then almost instantaneously move from one mirror to the other. Due to the speed, their target will appear to be moving in slow motion. Because of this they can then unleash numerous needles into their opponent with little difficulty. Keep in mind, this Jutsu can only be used for a certain number of posts.
