Her eyes lit up at the mention of attractive male actors and tight leather pants. "I was never really into the superhero thing. I mostly watched Captain America for Chris Evans." She admitted. "Does that make me shallow?" She looked vaguely distressed by the notion. "Well, I'm sure it'll look great!" She gave him what she hoped was an encouraging rather than creepy smile.

"Me neither, but mindless TV is mindless TV," he said. He looked down at himself again, remembering the fit of the costume and the way it had... hugged things. Hopefully he wouldn't regret it. "Well, I have no fashion sense myself, so I'm going to take a risk and trust Misha on this one." Her smile was reassuring, not creepy, and he smiled back.

"Hey, before I head out, can I get your number or your Skype name? I realized I didn't have either when I went out trying to find you..." He'd have asked for her room number, but that could very well go over the wrong way.

Beth couldn't help the blush that crept over her features. She told herself sternly to calm down. Friends asked for contact information all the time. But he mentioned looking for her. Had she worried him? It was a hard thing to realize that though they could count on seeing each other during their missions, when death (or at least getting transformed into something distinctly non-human) was a very real possibility, they had little recourse to finding each other in the downtime. The only hope was to run into each other...somewhere. Maybe that's what he had been doing. Looking for...her?

"Right! I guess we haven't exactly had a chance to do that thing. The number swapping thing. The contact info thing. The--I. Yes." She frowned at herself. Goofy wasn't attractive. She coughed a little, a chance to gather herself back up, and said, "Do you have your phone or do I need to write it on your hand in lipstick?" She giggled, then paused, and said without mirth, "Please say you've got your phone on you. It's the last of my Kat Von D Countess and I just really need to save it until I can get out to buy some."

Brian watched her frown and wasn't sure what to think of it. Had he upset her, or was she self-admonishing again? He lowered his head to try and catch her eyes, but he seemed to have failed. When she looked up, his head was still strangely low on his neck, and he smiled as he pulled it back up. There was only so much that he could help. The best thing he could do was continue being friendly and acting as a listening ear and a shoulder to lean on.

"Yeah, I have it," Brian said, and pulled his phone out of his pocket. His iPod briefly attempted an escape, but he stuffed it back in. He laughed at the straight-faced teasing. "Oh, she's the tattoo lady, right?" His eyes were down facing, toward his admittedly outdated phone as he navigated to the New Contact screen. He looked up then, not wanting any bizarre misunderstandings to occur. "I have two little sisters. Here."

He offered her the phone. "You can throw your username down in the Other section, if you want. I could add you when I get back." He did plan to keep running once they had parted. He didn't consider that she might want his number on her phone as well.

Beth took in a sharp gasp as Brian's iPod attempted to follow his cell phone out into his grasp. She instinctively made a grab for it, but quickly retracted her hand as she saw Brian had it under control. To respond to his question, she nodded, but added, "But I really only buy her lipstick. I'm not really into the whole tattoo sleeves thing. I mean, it's really lovely and brave, to use your body as a canvas! But it's just not my thing, you know?" Whether it was fear or genuine confusion that stopped it from being her "thing," she didn't elaborate. "And, I mean, she's just stunning, her whole Snow White the Biker Chick look and those corsets!" She took the phone from him, noting its distance from her own sleek device which she had been given earlier in the year.

She concentrated on the task, allowing it to trail her words off before she made any admissions she wasn't ready for. She tried not to think about her Skype username (ditavonmarryme) as she put it in the indicated section. It was the first time she'd shared her Skype with anyone at the Prytaneum. "It's my username for practically everything--Snapchat, Instagram, Pinterest. Follow me, you know, if you want! And if you don't mind, I'm gonna text myself so I don't instinctively ignore you because I don't know this random Texan number."

Before he answered, she had sent herself a message and was handing the phone back to its owner. "And now to make you regret sharing your info with me!" She hoped he wouldn't, but she knew she could be overbearing, especially when she sent five paragraph texts. It was like her speech but worse, because she had no cues on when to cut herself off.

If he looked to see what the text was, he'd find:

Brian listened with a partially arched brow. He didn't know much about Kat Von Whatever, save that she had a lot of tattoos and a makeup line. He didn't make it a habit to seek out random women on the internet, not even if they were especially fashionable. Now of course he was tempted, though. Beth seemed like she was a fan, even if not of the mass of tattoos.

"I knew a lot of guys with a lot of tattoos. I don't have any myself. Also not my thing." He didn't mind them on anyone else, of course, but he personally didn't want any ink stabbed into his body. It had been sort of the thing to do in the military, and then had become a way that his colleagues prejudged civilians. He'd never seen the attraction, but he did know plenty of people with tattoos.

"To be completely honest, I don't have a lot of social media. I have a Facebook..." Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, all things he knew existed but didn't have. Maybe it'd be worth it in the Prytaneum. It wasn't as if he had to worry about his public reputation any more. "Nah, nah. I won't regret it. It'll be nice to keep in contact." He took his phone back and tucked it away again. "Hey, I'm glad you're doing well. Have a good day, alright? Maybe I'll see you at dinner."

With that, he smiled, waved, and headed backward a few steps before turning to continue on his way. Good. Now he knew where he could find Beth if he needed her, or if she needed him.

"Have a good rest of your run!" She called after him, waving at his quickly retreating back. She watched him go, enjoying the sight of a man in good physical condition as he jogged away from her. "Love to watch you leave." She muttered to herself, shocked at her own words. Clearly Misha was having an effect on her. Still, it was good meeting him. And now they could contact each other. It was a start.
