Katsu Naikiri
The Swordsman
The Swordsman
His face was burning off. That in of itself wasn't bad, but this time it kinda hurt. When Lars went evasive again, Katsu jumped backwards took this time to heal... by chopping off his arm. With a blur of movement, the Executioner Knife severed and minced his left arm while the lightning of the Kiba blades were used to seal the wounds, his own blood being used to counter the effects of Lars's. To ensure he wasn't going to lose anymore to the acid, he had the Executioner knife whip away the rest of the bad blood, absorbing it into itself after being eaten away.
Lars was going all out, meaning it was a waiting game for Katsu... but it wasn't the kind of victory he wanted.
The real Lars was back, it seemed, his legs changing now, likely for another charge. Katsu willed Needle upwards, and as Lars blurred into action, Katsu commanded his sword's reaction. The ground, cut thoroughly and sewn with thread from his previous assault by Needle, lifted with numerous threads woven into an unbreakable net, catching Lars's legs and surrounding him as he dained to kick Katsu. However, in defense, Katsu blocked it with his remaining arm. Typically, while Katsu's strength was not nearly enough to hold the blow off completely, it was enough to save his head. His focus was absolute now, a burst of adrenaline the only thing letting him pull this kind of thing off. His arm cracked in several locations, shoulder dislocating, and veins burst from the impact. The acid would certainly demand an immediate amputation as well.
It was at this time when the Executioner's Knife and Helmsplitter came along, the Knife using a feint which, with Katsu's skill, was certain to hit, eating through Lars's blood skin to heal Katsu, though how much was uncertain. The Helmsplitter spun and was meant to follow-up on Katsu's block and the Needle's net sealing Lars's movements to severe a leg, being able to bypass that nasty armor of his.
Ha, this game of outlast was why Katsu lived. Survive, survive, and survive against all odds, at all costs. It was only a matter of time before Lars would run out of tricks, given that time-space technique he was dodging with could only last some while. On the other hand, Katsu had to sacrifice limb after limb just to keep up. This thrill of life and death was primal ecstasy, his battle thirst quenching, yet he needed more, needed to win or die in this fight.

Passive Abilities
• Silent Killing: Trained in covert tactics and technique, the Swordsmen are capable of moving in absolute silence, stilling their heartbeat and breath as if they did were not living, or even non-existent.
• Silent Killing, Part 2: Beyond just becoming dead silent on the battlefield, Swordsmen must also train to fight in environments where they cannot rely on their eyes. In this, they learn to pin-point the locations of targets by using sound, calculating the shape and weight of their friends and enemies to distinguish between different people. In addition, they can hear the sound of swinging objects, especially sharp objects cutting the wind, letting them hear the trajectories of incoming or nearby weapon movements and lending them better reflex against it.
• Raiton: Raiton no Yoroi (Lightning Release: Lightning Armor)
The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. Increases reaction time by a slight margin, but does not increase speed or strength of the body.
Techniques/Styles
• Infinite One Style, Final Stage
• Arashi Kyuuten(Heaven's Blade) Kage/Sannin Rank:
Description: Burning his chakra into the blades on the battlefield, the swordsman can literally cause one hundred blades to hover and shoot towards an opponent, either all at once, or one at a time for five posts. In a limited fashion, the swordsman can control up to ten blades effectively in close combat, as if they were extensions of his actions and will. The latter of these two actions can only be done for five posts at a time, and a period of three posts afterwards must pass before it can be done again.
• Weapon User Untapped Power, Berserk
• Feint Attack C-Rank
The Swordsman can land a normal hit against his target without fail. This won’t likely be fatal, or even very serious. However, with the Swordsman’s mastery of the blade, he can ensure this attack hits. Must be within the Swordsman’s range, which is usually fairly large given the size of the Executioner's Knife. This has a three post cooldown.
• Eight Gates, Stage 7
