Earth realese: hidden like a mole

This technique changes earth into fine sand by channelling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy.

Dragon Palm Taijutsu

This is a style of taijutsu in which the user uses palm strikes to keep the enemy out of a circumference around their body. They have trained to be very aware of the space immediately around their body and immediately attack anything that enters the space with a palm strike full of chakra meant to push the attack way. Since the palm is enhanced with chakra, the user will not hurt themselves pushing sharp objects or low to mid ranked jutsu away.

A Seal that is placed by a palm strike. The user can find the location of whoever it is placed on by creating and reading and identical seal.

Explosive Seal(locked)

This is a seal that explodes which the user can place with a palm strike. Unlike a normal explosive tag, it is actually attached to the object so its harder to remove. It can be activated with a single handsign.

Seal of Mind(locked)

A seal to be placed on the head with a palm strike in order to seal the target's intelligence. The target will be unable to strategize and will speak like a cave man. If it is placed a second time, they will be unable to speak at all or to use tools or ninja techniques. The seal can be removed by techniques that remove fuuninjutsu.

The user seals a copy of their soul into an inanimate object by placing a seal on it with the palm. The object becomes gains all of the user's memories and is able to use the user's techniques (provided it has hands for techniques that need them). This wears off after an hour and memories from the copies transfer to the user. This can also be used on biological objects, but only controls the immediate body part it is placed on, an arm or a leg or a head or the torso. Controlling the head does not keep them from thinking, but will allow the copy of the user's soul to close their eyes or bite their tongue.

Lightning Release: Phantom Paralysis Seal

The user uses paper seals which may be attached to thrown objects to set this up. Once someone is in the area between 3 seals, they are connected to the user's soul. The user extends their soul arms invisibly, and can grab's the enemy's soul, and charge it with invisible phantom lighting which paralyzes them. As long as they have it in their grip, they cannot move.

Kekkei Genkai/Clan Techniques: Naitekigan [The Inner Eye].

Note first, that this kekki can't actually do anything by itself, but requires techniques to be made based around it. Well, it does do one thing. It allows a Chiyura to see spirits and generally have heightened spiritual senses, which is why it is E ranked.

This third eye is merely symbolic. In fact this kekki genkai is not a doujutsu. It is the mind's eye, the soul's eye. The Chiyura, more than any others have control over their own souls, and over the souls of others. In and of itself this kekki merely allows heighted spiritual senses, though Chiyura have been known to create techniques which utilize this eye, which may involve leaving their body or stealing the souls of others. Specialization will differ, depending on the individual member and factors such as element being Fire or the preference of Ninjutsu over Genjutsu. Each Kekki manfests two of the areas listed below:


Self Soul Mastery
This is the ability to do neat things with your own soul and it's connection to the body. One way this is used is with partial spirit puppetry to keep the body alive in a lech-like way.

Specific Soul Control
This ability requires IC killing and stealing of souls to be used. Put extreme limits techniques created by this so that you do not abuse it... like only gaining a few jutsu from stealing a real characters soul, and rarely using npcs, and when you do use npcs battle it out like you would do normally to learn the technique, and don't use npcs to steal a soul in order to obtain that soul's kekki genkai. Unlike Mass soul control, specific soul control pays attention to the contents of souls.

Partial Spirit Puppetry
Class: Kekkei Technique

Requires: Self-Soul Mastery
This technique substitutes the body's properties for the souls, meaning soul "blood" could keep the body alive for example. This uses a great deal of chakra, but can be used to survive great damage to the body, though one could not survive something like having a vital organ completely destroyed.

Chiyura Jutsu Transfer ((locked))
Class: Ninjutsu/Kekkei Genkai

Requires: Self Soul Mastery
This allows the user to temporarily transfer their memories and ability to perform a jutsu to another person. This will not dispell jutsu already activated, nor take away the user's ability to dispell jutsu that the memory of was transferred, but the user will not be able to perform the jutsu until they dispel this technique and return it to themselves. A technique cannot be dispelled until 3 days after it has been transferred. Only 1 technique can be transferred to any one character. This technique works by transferring a small portion of his own soul to the target as well. By this means, techniques that they would otherwise be unable to use with mere knowledge, such as kekkei genkai, can be enabled.

Soul Stealing Technique
Class: Kekkei Technique

Enabled by: Specific Soul Control
This technique can only be used on an RPC. When someone dies near the user, they capture their soul. This allows you to take up to 10 points of techniques, either directly from that character's profile or by basing techniques on theirs. Even Kekkei Genkai can be stolen by stealing the soul.These Techniques must still be trained for, but training will be reduced by 1/2.

Tsuin Sensu: Dyuaru Mokushi [ Twin Style: Dual Senses ] ((locked))

Using their connection as twins they are able to see through each others eyes gaining the ability of dual sight in addition to experiencing the other senses through each other. When using this technique it is sort of like a secondary sight and is activated when the need arises for it to be in use. It is highly useful in many situations and is one of the reasons the twins work so well together.

Tsuin Sensu: Rimen Choukou [ Twin Style: Reverse Sign ] ((locked))

Using their connection as twins they are able to do something most would not expect - something they call reverse sign. This ability allows one of the twins to form the hand seals for a technique and the other twin to actually execute the technique. Utilizing the uniqueness of this ability the twins can catch many off guard and create even more strategies as well as techniques.

Twin Style: Soul Exchange ((locked))

Using their connection as well as Chiyura soul ability, the twins switch bodies. This technique requires them to both make the hand signs at the same time. Chiyura kekkei are soul bound and not attached to the body, so the individuals abilities do not change except for such things as cursed seals and weapons.
