At the moment there is not a ticket with this capability. At the moment I don't believe that there will be one, but it is a nice suggestion and I will pass it along!

In the recent attack back during the last week of September, I was gotten by someone buying up stiff with botted gold. My trading pass locked the next day. Now been a week and I am still waiting for my tp to be unlocked.
How far along are you in dealing with those of us still waiting to be attended to?
Real question: Are there any plans to better prevention of this?
I ask because I hear said person is gonna do it again.

We're looking into the best way to prevent this happening in the future because we certainly do not want it becoming a common thing. We're still in the middle of the process but hope to be done soon, sorry for the inconvenience.

For the past few weeks, Gaia has not disabled third party ads as was promised through purchases of Gaia Cash and Gaia Cash items. The affected areas include Mailbox, Forums, et cetera. These are areas normally clear of third party ads, and I have purchased Gaia Cash and Cash Shop items specifically to clear those ads. What does the Gaia Staff wish to do about this matter, and when will it be solved?
This question has yet to see any effective resolution, so far as many have seen. sad

We are presently working with our partners to get this issue addressed. We've confirmed people are accurately being flagged on Gaia when they have made a qualifying purchase, but for whatever reason the flag has stopped being respected by our networks, we are working to identify what changed to get the issue resolved.

About a month ago, I filed a ticket because I have an issue with my MP store (one invisible listing despite that my store is empty as well as three or more items being missing) and I hear no reply from the Gaia customer service to fix my issue.
Do I need to refile my ticket in order to get my issue fixed?
I've already know what cause the issue. I just like to how to fix the issue.

If it's too many poses to include both fantasies and normal skins for bare legs in items, is it possible to consider adding at least one pose which is black/white/offwhite/offblack or even just some other color which could be used as leggings if wanted? This way, if the set of bare legs included isn't in the shades one wants to use, they would still have one pose which they can use in other ways smile

Can we get some rules set in the RP forums about art theft? So many people steal art from artists to use for their characters and it's really disheartening. Some of them even use pictures of real people and that's just creepy. It would be nice if there were rules about that. It's not hard to get permission from an artist or commission art yourself and there are also plenty of artists who offer their work for use without permission.

We generally don't enforce people posting images of recognized characters unless we get a complaint about it from the rights holder, as the act is not directly harming the creator and enforcing such a rule would result in many people getting many images removed and add a lot of work to the team.
