Running this particularly well-situated shop in the capital city of Hyrule is a large man who has seen a lot of things. The locals tend to call him Tim. No one's really sure if he's really in his right mind all the time, but hey, he sells things at a consistent price. He has a tendency to leer at those who enter his shop, expectantly waiting for them to buy something.
You can be sure of one thing, though. He won't cheat ya. It would be best not to try and steal from him, though.
At present, the best-seller is the Hyrulian Shield. However, it's really only the best-seller because its design is heavily tied into the myth and legend of the Hero. That, and no one makes replicas of something this serious. It is a bit on the heavy side, too.
