As a crew member there are a few rules to follow that while may seem silly have aged experience behind them. I was a crew member for our sister guild ( P:ER ) and i learned that its vital to do things with patience and respect as the two most important aspects in my work but beyond that came the rules my leaders restricted me to that im passing onto you as my crew member.
#1 NEVER reveal future events or give away's
#2 Even if the member your helping drives you bat s**t insane and you want to throw them out a moving bus treat them with respect and NEVER put your personal dislike of that person above a proper judgement call or allow your feelings for that member to become known outside of a confidential space such as with other crew members. ( this has causes issues in the past )
#3 If your not 100% sure how to answer a question don't be afraid to admit it and ask someone who does even if that persons not a crew member. I strive to empower members with the ability and responsibility of acting in the best interest of the guild as a whole.
#4 if another crew members given an incorrect answer please let me or a vice caption know. Don't try to handle the issue yourself ! In the even the issue was related to something important we don't want our crew getting the back lash of an angry member.
#5 Official guild posts such as Event rules should always be done with an Ornate posts style please !
#6 DO NOT EDIT ATTACK, ABILITY OR ITEM EFFECT EVER ! This will result in a disciplinary hearing and in the mean time you will be demoted. If somethings not right tell me and ill look into it.
#7 dont delete threads or move without permission
#8 Do not remove a member for personal reasons.
