Ever since growing, Tyr had spent even less time interacting with anyone at the bed and breakfast he lived in. However, he'd been wrangled in by Margo, and was currently sitting there flipping through a craft magazine. "What am I looking for again?" he huffed with impatience.
Margo was happily twitching her leg as she worked on sewing felt together. A bundle of black felt, wire, and beads was turning into quite a cute little spider! Looking up at Tyr, she giggled and shook her head. "I still can't get over how big you've gotten, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna start taking your sass." Grinning, she leaned over the table to tap the pile of magazines. "We're looking for new Halloween ideas! It's not too far away, you know. Gotta make sure the B&B is ready for the season."

With a muffled grumble, Rhys trekked out of the kitchen with a piece of toast in his mouth, a tablet in his hand and at least a month's work of facial growth on his face. Prep time for the 'big season' was always rough on him. The young man's motto of 'go big or go home' usually ended up with more sleepless nights than he liked to remember. In the old days he'd had his brother to help keep him on track but now...now he had Lenora.
"What'cha lookin' at?" Said child popped up on his left, hoping to scare him and pouting when he didn't so much as flinch. He was getting too used to this.
Rhys finished off is bite, and pulled the toast from his mouth. "It's the electrical grid for the 'haunted' house. With this I can turn on the scares whenever I want."
Lenora stood up on her tip toes and tried to grab it, but he held it out of her reach. " I wanna seee!"
"Yeah right! You'll just mess it up. I've worked on this for months and I'm not letting you screw it up."
"...How do you know I haven't already?" Lenora grinned, going so far as to laugh at the 'oh s**t' look on his face.
"You better not!"
Rhys chased Lenora through the main dining hall, and into the foyer, but he wasn't fast enough to stop her from running straight to Margo and Tyr. She stuck out her tongue, flame glowing brighter than ever.
"Hey, Tyr," Rhys said between gasped breaths. He leaned against the door frame and tried to get his breathing under control. "Do me...a big favor...take her out back...and throw her off the cliff."
