Bio: Hysteria is not Hysteria...she is Shiphera Artismia. About Seventy years ago the rulers of Bellris where the Queen Enthralla and her husband King Hektor. The two had two beautiful children, The first born and the heir to the throne was Kastara Malbora...and the second born was Shiphera Artismia. They where ten years apart in age and Shiphera was very weak in body, many thought she would never make it to the age of fifteen. It was when she was ten years old, Shiphera and her older sister Kastara where playing by the river when Shiphera fell in. She was torn down the river and nearly died but her sister managed to fish her out. Shiphera was battered and ill when she got back to the castle, her mother thought she would die, her sister felt guilty for what happened as Shiphera laid in her bed for weeks and weeks on end, unwaking. Shiphera was in a coma. It was strange though, what happened next, Shiphera remembered hearing her sisters crys for her to wake, and she remembered the struggle to awake but when she opened her eyes she was looking down at her own body, her cheeks wet with tears. She had used her ability and had changed bodies with her older sister Kastara. Shiphera was scared, her sister was now the one dieing and Shiphera didn't want to change back, so instead Shiphera now using her sister's body left....It was three days later that Shiphera's original body died, she regretted switching bodies with her older sister but she would never switch back even if she was given a second chance. Shiphera now lived her life as Kastara and when her mother, Queen Enthralla, died, Shiphera (using the name and body of Kastara) became queen, she herself had two daughters and when it came to pass that her new body was dieing, Kastara switched bodies with a frumpy old maid, and when that body was about to die, she changed places with the governess. Shiphera watched her blood line flourish and then decline until this new generation was born. Shiphera watched them from the body of one of the maids, horrified. Shiphera did not believe that her descendants knew how to rule the land anymore and so ten years ago, Shiphera left the body of the Maid and switched her souls with the heir of Bellris, Princess Hysteria. She lived her life as Princess Hysteria until her nineteenth birthday when the Queen died. Shiphera (Now as Queen Hysteria) began her reign as monarch of Bellris once more.
For several years she was the undisputed queen of Bellris, but she wanted change and she got it. At the death of the former King of Lionis, Apollion, she declared The Bellris Republic, gave up her crown, and helped her former kingdom secede from the Empire that had grown. Ever since then she has been head council woman of Bellris. Not to long ago though she felt dizzy, saw her life and all the lifes she had taken in order to preserve her own pass though her mind, and when she tried to use her power again she couldn't, when she tried to fly her wings came out and then disintegrated....she became human three months ago.
Since her humanity Hysteria has been doing her best to run the Republic, running into many problems along the way, like outsiders not liking the idea of a republic. In order to maintain strength in the republic she entered into an Alliance with Phobos which turned into a lust for their King, Herod. She had a son that she named Kyran Letho-Bellris. She continued to face struggles with the republic when refugees from a shattered Ethe began to flood into Bellris and a Ethen noble named Youkimi tried to gain power in Ethe by using the newly growing population of Ethens, but she would not allow it and refused to let her take power. She later found several letters of communication between Youkimi and her brother, whom she had trusted, and she felt betrayed and hurt and her trust of him started to dwindle.
In 201, in an hour of need, feeling abandoned by her goddess she went to the forest and found her, the goddess then gave her her blessing and Hysteria knew that what she was doing was right. Her luck seemed to turn slightly when she found out that the daughter of the late Emperor Apollion was seeking refuge in Bellris and Hysteria agreed. In September, Hysteria had her second child, a beautiful daughter that she named Salome Bellris, She was very strange. She looked like a normal child but when she began to cry tiny little scars would appear all over her body until she stopped crying.
Though this year Hysteria has managed to help the republic grow, it has been a good year as the Republic found a large Alum deposit in the Northeast, she has since been able to finish construction on the great bellrisian Aqueduct which brings water down from the hills in the east into the city, and a water and sewage system has been implemented. All of these have caused the revenue of Bellris to double within the last year as they seem to be moving up.
Year 202 did not begin as well as it had the year before. Hysteria had already been planning for war but from where she did not know. She preplanned by ordering a million pounds of ash, and half a million pounds each of iron and obsidian. A strong winter blew forth icing over most of the Bellrisian buildings, forcing everyone underground where she revealed to her brother and to the Princess Evelyn that she was not actually Hysteria, at least her soul was not, she offered Bellris to her younger brother but he refused, perhaps a good thing as the day after they were attacked by the Empire. They were lucky however since the empire didn't know about the Bellrisian underground refuge. She personally went out and killed the Lionis general leading the attack and then told her people that they would meet them on the field and answer in kind. As soon as the weather cleared 500 Lionis soldiers were crucified all along the Bellris-Lionis boarder.

I'm fully aware of her old ability in the original RP. But in this one due to stats and traits being implemented I cannot allow a character to be two ages and abuse the trait system as such. I'd ask that you pick an age, either 78 or 25. But not both.

Bio: As Princess Shiphera Artismia Bellris:
Shiphera was born the second daughter to Enthralla Bellris, Queen of Bellris, ten years after the birth of her older sister, Kastara. She was a back up heir but she never felt like it. She and her older sister were treated the same and were raised together as best as possible despite the age difference. When Shiphera was born however she was born with a very weak body, it was like something was missing when she was born and her heart would stop at least once a weak, she would never be aloud outside unless she was with an entourage and she wasn't expected to live passed the age of fifteen.
Luckily, or maybe unluckily, one day she was playing in the river with her older sister and her half siblings, Reyel, Sorcha, Johne. She would wander away from the group when they began to play hide and seek, she would wander up river and hide behind a large rock. She felt something on the back of her head, it felt like a large hand before she heard a crack go though her body, she remembered nothing after that.
What she didn't remember...was that after her head cracked on the large rock her body started to float downriver, it was her older sister Kastara that found her and flew her back to the castle. Physicians looked at her but they said that she was to battered and to ill, that it was likely that that fifteen years that she had been given was down to just a few days. Everyone thought she would die, she would be able to hear them despite being unable to move, she heard them speak about someone having been caught near the banks of the river, an Ethen outlaw that had been running away and had one of her necklaces on his person. Anti-Ethe sentiment rose up and her half siblings, whos father Magus was Ethen, had to be sent away for their safety. Daily her sister Kastara would sit by her bedside and cry for her to wake up, she remember struggling to open her eyes until suddenly she did...but she was looking down at a frail and sickly body, she didn’t know what happened, but that frail and sickly body died not to long after. Only three days before that body died. In those three days she found out what she had done, she had condemned her beloved older sister to death because she had switched souls with her, and she had regretted it ever since.
As Queen Kastara Malbara Bellris:
But she would take her second chance at life, she would become Kastara and once her mother, Entralla, passed away. She would become Queen Kastara. She would try her best to enact what her sister wanted. She had believed that the Queendom was going to collapse in on itself and that they should change it to a republic, but despite her good intentions Shiphera couldn't bend that far. However she would maintain the line and have two daughters. The first one, her heir and the child that she loved the most in her life even up to the present day, Astara, named after her sister. She had her brought up in a way that she would become the best ruler Bellris had ever seen and hopefully stop the collapse that her older sister believed would happen. Her second daughter she named Mania. As Kastara she would rule until it was time for Astara to take the throne, she was already a grandmother to two of Astara's daughters in turn [Reslin and Zarella] when it happened.
Having planned to give up the throne when her daughter turned sixteen, as was the unwritten rule of the Bellrisian Queen [though it sometimes got ignored like in Kastara's case]. It was that day that an Ethen assassin, broke into the throne room and using her ability to manipulate sound turned Astara into a splatter on the wall two minutes after she was crowned. She hadn't even screamed as everyone else went into a panic, she just watched as she was just in front of the woman that had taken Astara from her, she held her husbands sword and skewered the assailant and continued stabbing them until they were full of holes. She had to be pulled off of the dead woman. They wouldn't have a funeral of Astara since their was nothing left to bury. Instead she would rule, solemnly and autocratically for another fifteen years until her granddaughter, Zarella, could come to power as Queen.
As Natalie Piper, governess to the royal family:
As she reigned it became clear that Kastara had some unforeseen health problems that would arise. She would reign for thirty one years before the health problems became something she could no longer manage. At the bodies age of fifty one, she transferred with the governess Natalie Piper, and the body would die a week later from what was only known as the wasting disease.
As Natalie Piper Shiphera would look after the family line to ensure that it remained strong. She did the best she could, looking after Queen Zarella and sneaking into her room and study to see if the policies were beneficial. She got so caught up in the affairs of state that she forgot that both the state and the personal matters of the Bellris royal family were interwoven. Zarella, unlike most of the women in the Bellris family, could not control her temper or her mouth. She was fire given form in some cases and would scream and yell when things didn't go her way, demanding that people conform or die. The only person she would listen to was her father, Myrin, whom forced her to marry a young noble boy named Symone- who wasn't much better. Later on Zarella would take a lover like many Bellrisian women do, but Shiphera would remain ignorant as she attempted to run the state behind her back, correcting policies that became more and more wilful and what would have become failures if not corrected.
Eventually Zarella would give the Kingdom an heir, Napaysha II. Sadly the firebrand would pass away in childbirth. Shiphera didn't cry to much at this, despite being sad, she didn't feel as much grief as she watched the funeral procession from the sidelines. Napaysha II would be raised by her grandfather, Myrin, a man that even Shiphera approved of when it came to wit and cunning. A true Bellrisian. Napaysha II would grow up to be a wise and good ruler with those around her that could help her, she had the people she needed where it seemed Zarella did not.
Napaysha II would be smart and even though Shiphera continued her snooping in on the new laws and acts that she would propose she didn't have many qualms. She was even happy to maintain being governess to Napaysha's children [Hysteria and Theodora, she refused to be governess to the young Roland due to his being male and of a second marriage]. Then one day something happened that would put her back into the line of succession. With her current body verging on its older years, stooped over to the point where she needed a cane, she was planning to switch anyway when she came across the Young Hysteria Bellris choking on a lemon tart.

She had tried to save her, she really had, but the girl was already dying [didn't know what the Heimlich was back then] So the best she could do was switch into the girls body. From the day the girl was 12 onward she assumed her name and place as Crown Princess Hysteria Bellris. Between years 202 and early 203 Bellris was launched into a war with the Lionis Empire, currently under the rule of Azazel Drosselmeyer. She handed control of the Bellrisian forces over to Evelyn Lionis and Roland Bellris. War proved to be devastating to the land of Bellris as Imperial forces enslaves 200,000 Bellrisians and caused one town to turn to cannibalism, but it was thanks to her brother that the enemy was forced out of the eastern part of the republic and when the combined forces of all of Bellris' army faced the Empire in Bellris Territory it was a massacre. It was from this time on that Bellris was able to push the battle back into the Empire's land.
It was during this time that Hysteria took to the field herself, but in this time the Emperor Azazel kidnapped her young son, at this time almost three years old, and held him hostage. This only fueled her rage. She refused to stop fighting despite her sons life being in peril. She instead wanted to wipe the Empire from the land. If it wasn't for Alistair Drosselmeyer having killing his father and then letting the captives go, she would have kept fighting to her death. When she was given her son back, he was mutilated, missing his left ear due to Azazel. Now with Evelyn Lionis safely on the throne, Bellris withdrew its troops and has returned to Bellris.
She attended peace talks where the new Empress wanted Bellris to rejoin the Empire, but they have not rejoined...at least not of 203. While in the Maude for the peace talks she went to visit the oracles to ask about her missing magic. She was told that if she wore a bracelet of blue whispers she would be given back the body she was meant to have and her magic returned to her. She did as she was told and she would experience the worst pain she had ever experienced in her life.

In March 203 she would feel the worst pain she ever felt in her life, for three days she would be in pure misery. Unable to move without her skin cracking and breaking off like glass. Underneath her skin would only be what looked like rot. She tried to conceal her pain but it seemed she failed as her brother rushed back to the Bellris castle. However despite the fact that she would never admit it she was glad that he was their as the pain became worse, accumulating as six wings came from her back.
