Strengths: R'saava is a very influential person. A natural born leader, with a heavy sense of authority. She is said to be a immune to pain, deriving pleasure and power from it in fact. Strategy and critical thinking are key points in her skill set, along with many years of firsthand knowledge for a plethora of subjects.
Weaknesses: Is a bit naive despite her great age. Is uncaring of physical injuries, upon herself or others. Is stubborn, and can be easily provoked. Has an extremely painful scar under her ribcage, that is a major weak spot.
Weapon(s): Long, bladed staff. More like a sword with a long handle then a spear. She keeps this and her armor in a pocket dimension which she can instantly equip and put away at any time.
Power(s):
1.) Supernatural Physiology: R'saava could well have once been human, but those days are long past. She has transcended her meager existence and has changed drastically from what she once was. This change has gone on through several centuries, and now her life-span is winding down. She will not live much longer then her students at this point. Here are the details.
Immortality. She can die from physical trauma still, but effectively can live for a really, really long time. Her lifespan may be reaching it's limits, but age is of little consequence to her. She is mostly immune to all disease, except those of supernatural origins.
Enhanced physical/mental limits. R'saava's mind and body have evolved to a point beyond natural human capabilities. A rough estimate of her max strength would be somewhere around 5 tons, and her top speed around 900 mph. (Both these physical attributes are severely diminished by an injury she took some time ago, as well as a collar.) As for her senses she is able to process up to 5 times more then an average human, giving her inhuman reflexes and a terrifyingly accurate sixth sense. Her spatial awareness gives her nearly no blind spots, unless her mind is agitated.
Energy production. Her body has transformed in a way that she generates her own magical energy at an alarming rate. Any being that uses magic will regenerate mana, but R'saava creates it as part of her own bloodstream. This creates an abnormally large mana reservoir and regeneration rate. (It has been moderately reduced by her age though, to only partially above average.) Because of the massive production of magical energy within her bloodstream, a lot of the excess mana is released as thermal energy, effectively making it seem as if her blood is boiling. Her skin can sometimes be very hot to the touch, depending on her metabolic balance. This energy can also be used as a secondary way to sustain the rest of the body. Allowing her to go weeks without food or water.
2.) Blood Magic: R'saava can perform any magic in general, such as elemental magic, illusions, alteration, and whatever else you can think of. She is merely limited by what she has practiced. Just the same as you can learn to play baseball if you practice, she can cast any sort of magic she practices at, and she has had millennia to practice. So R'saava has a large repertoire of magical abilities, but Blood Magic is her specialty. Because her mana is directly intertwined with her bloodstream, she can use her own blood as a powerful catalyst. If she ever needs extra power all she has to do is draw some blood. This is a risky ritualistic power, but it yields great power if one is willing to take those risks. R'saava may use others blood as well, but it requires a lot more to be as effective as just a small amount of her own. Her most notable skill is turning injuries into fuel for her magical prowess.
3.) Warding Magic: This magic is very complex and time consuming, but R'saava has practiced it for long enough to cast it quickly and effectively if she is not too stressed. Basically this power lets one create "walls" or other defenses against a desired force. This can be as vague as "ill intentions" or as specific as fireballs. The defense can consist of simple wording or very complex phrases. You would think the more complex the better, but it is often more true that simpler phrases are sturdier or harder to break. More complex phrases are harder to bypass though, and can possibly be as strong as simple phrases if given more time to develop. R'saava uses this magic for basic defenses, and if she is given time, can turn the setting of a battle into a place that favors her.
4.) [Locked] Void Takeover: A power that is hardly ever used by R'saava due to its uniquely destructive nature. When using this ability R'saava loses sight of who is friend or foe, and takes her disregard for her safety and others to a whole new level. What seems to happen is that she flushes magical energy out of her body, and when she empties it all Void energy seems to take it's place. The Void is a place of chaos that is said to twist and corrupt anything that it touches, when it's power fills her up she becomes a different person. Led by insanity and powered by the lust for death. It manifests itself as a black mask on her face, and it can sometimes be very difficult for her to pull herself out of this state. She fears if she uses it for too long she'll lose her mind completely.
[Note: Many of her powers are waning from their described top limits. She is old, and her body weakened from injuries. However, she is still very strong. Since she takes students safety (partially) into account, she is wearing a collar that even further limits her powers. Her Void Takeover is locked as long as she wears the collar, and her physical strength and magic is effectively halved.]

Personality: She is often described as an immovable object, and can seem stoic or apathetic; however, when you spend a little time with her you realize how passionate and outspoken she truly is. Her heart is worn on her sleeve, and she is tough enough to bear the pain of that trait and more. She is can be cruel, but deeply cares for others and even if no one reciprocates this affection she will not change her "tough love" approach. Life is hard, and she has become a teacher to instill that on students, and prepare them for it.
Biography/Background: R'saava's story is a long one, and cannot be retold in it's entirety in just one sitting. So to save time, we will summarize her past as best as possible. If we were to start at the beginning it would be a time when she wasn't known as R'saava Krii, or even known as a female for that matter. In the beginning R'saava was born a man. His name was Avak Krii, the youngest of a large nomadic family. In this time there were no city walls, only the endless wilderness and your tribe which you shared everything with. In this time the supernatural and reality were blended together almost seamlessly as well. Gods lived among men, and Fae creatures were an everyday sight. Mankind was young, and quite the impressionable race. Some of the older beings used this to their advantage, and convinced the powerless humans to be their slaves for just a taste of their powers. Avak was different though, he dreamt of better things then the wandering life they lived and the slavery to their gods. Dreaming was one thing, but what was inside Avak was a whole different realm of different. Avak may have well been one of the very first human's to wield magic as a natural phenomena. As he learned of this power, he became an idol to his fellow man, a beacon of power for the frail humankind; however, his power would come at a price...
War with the Old Ones was not the first answer they sought, but when tensions rose and lines drawn, it was an inevitable outcome. Avak could not fight them alone, and most of humanity would stand no chance. So the young man would have to find other beings with the power to help and take his side. In his quest for knowledge and power Avak slowly changed. He went through many trails, and it took him many years to accomplish. In the end he was a full grown man, and warlord that could topple even gods from their thrones. His power was too great for a regular human's body to contain though, and so he had to "ascend" to a new level of being. The last ritual he performed completely rewrite his anatomy, evolving him to contain the magic power and higher state of mind. The change wasn't very dramatic till he realized he was no longer a man, but a woman. It took some getting use too, but Avak became R'saava. R'saava brought down the Old Ones rule on her family's tribe, and when all was done, she settled down to live a peaceful life...
Yet, she could no longer live a simple one as she thought. She aged so slowly compared to her brethren. Their lives becoming like blips in time against her ever increasing age. Tens, hundreds, then thousands of years past. R'saava barely got a wrinkle. Many things happened in between then and now, but the journey would bore you compared to what is happening now. Now she is a teacher. She knows she won't live much longer, so she hopes to spread her knowledge as best she can to the young generations, because they could very well face the same hardships she did thousands of years in the past.
