Attacks here are sorted into types and then alphabetized. Scroll to the type of move you are looking for and look through the list, or simply use the Command F function to type in the move you wish to find.

Any attack with • in the front means that it is a physical attack which can be applied to many different things.

Any attack with ç in the front means that it is a move that makes physical contact with the opposing pokemon.

Any attack with a ~ in front means that it can hit more than one target at once. Please refer to this list for specific details.

Any attack with a ♪ in front means that it is sound based and can hit through the move Substitute

Any attack's and or ability's with a ☁ in front means that it is affected by weather conditioned.

A
Acupressure: Roll a 8 sided dice for Physical Attack, Physical Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, Speed, Accuracy, Evasion, and Critical Hit Ratio. Whatever is rolled for is increased by two stages. Acupressure can target an adjacent ally or the user itself. Z-Effect: Increase critical hit by 1/10
After You: Forces target to strike first next turn. Ignores accuracy & evasiveness. Z-Effect: Increase speed by one additional stage.
Assist: Generate a number equal to your active party Pokemon minus your current Pokemon, then generate a number 1-4 to pick a move on the generated Pokemon's moveset. That is the attack you use. Protect, Detect, Metronome, Counter, Mirror Coat, Mirror move, Copycare, Mimic, Sketch and Transform or any move with a charge turn such as Dig, Fly and Focus punch can't be used, reroll for the move. Z-Effect: Restores 25% max Hp.
Attract: Opposing gender opponents become infatuated. Z-Effect: Resets any and all stat changes

•Barrage: 15: hits 2-5 times
Baton Pass: User swaps with another active party pokemon, passing on all status alterations and effects such as Aqua ring, ingrain, substitute, as well as negative effects such as Leech seed. (with the exception of infatuation or ability changes.). Z-Effect: Resets any and all stat changes
Belly Drum: User loses 50% of their max HP, but raise the user's physical attack six stages. Z-Effect: Restores 25% max Hp.
Bestow: The user passes its held item to the target. Fails if the target is already holding an item. Z-Effect: Increase special defense by two additional stages. Z-Effect: Increase speed by two additional stages.
ç•Bide: The user waits for two rounds and deals double the damage taken during those two rounds. Freeze, partial trap duration, and flinching will pause but not disrupt the duration of Bide. (Priority +1)
ç•Bind: 15: Traps opponent for 4-5 turns and deals damage equal to 12.5% of the targets max HP for each turn after the first.
Block: Prevents escape/switching. Doesn't prevent effects such as Baton pass and U-turn. Z-Effect: Increase physical defense by one additional stage.
ç•Body Slam: 85: 4/10 chance to paralyze. If a pokemon has used minimize, the base power is doubled.

Camouflage: Alters users type based on the area it is used in*. Z-Effect: Increase evasion attack by one additional stage
~Captivate: If target pokemon is the opposite gender, lower targets special attack two stages, fails if used on a pokemon with Oblivious or if the target has no gender. Z-Effect: Increase special defense by two additional stages.
♪ Celebrate: Celebrate may be used twice per battle for its Z-Effect. Z-Effect: Increase Physical Attack, Physical Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, Speed, Accuracy, Evasion, and Critical Hit Ratio by one additional stage.
ç•Chip away: 70: ignores any changes to the target's physical Defense or evasion.
ç•Comet Punch: 18: hits 2-5 times
♪ Confide: Lower targets special attack one stage. Z-Effect: Increase special defense by one additional stage.
ç•Constrict: 10: 6/10 chance to reduce targets speed one stage
Conversion: Changes the user's current type to match the type of the first of the user's moves. Z-Effect: Increase all stats by one additional stage.
Conversion 2: Changes the user's current type to a type that either resists or is immune to the type of the move last used by the target. Z-Effect: Restores 25% max Hp.
Copycat: Copies the last move used. Z-Effect: Increase accuracy by one additional stage.
ç•Covet: 60: Steals targets hold item (Item is returned at the end of the battle)
ç•Crush Claw: 75: 6/10 Chance to lowering targets physical defense one stage
ç•Crush Grip: Power varies based on the percentage of HP the user has remaining. +20 for 20% of the users Hp remaining. Max of 100. Accuracy for non-legend: 6/10

Defense Curl: Raise user's physical defense one stage, doubles the power of rollout & ice ball as long as the user remains in battle. Z-Effect: Increase accuracy by one additional stage.
Disable: Disables last move used by target pokemon for 4 turns. Z-Effect: Resets any and all stat changes
ç•Dizzy Punch: 70: 4/10 chance to confuse
ç•Double Hit: 35: per hit, hits twice (70 damage total)
Double Team: Raise evasiveness one stage. Z-Effect: Resets any and all stat changes
ç•Double-Edge: 120: user takes recoil damage equal to 33% of the damage dealt.
ç•Doubleslap: 15: hits 2-5 times

Encore: Target pokemon repeats their last used move for the next 3 turns. Z-Effect: Increase speed by one additional stage.
ç•Endeavor: Cuts the targets HP to equal user's
Endure: Survive any attack in one turn with 1 HP. If used in succession, however, it has a 1/5 chance of working the second time, and every subsequent round after, a 1/10 chance until another move is used. (Priority +3). Z-Effect: Resets any and all stat changes
Entrainment: Gives target Pokemon the same ability as user. Z-Effect: Increase special defense by one additional stage.

☁ Morning Sun: Recovers half max Hp. Restore full hp in Sunny Day. Can only be used 5 times in battle. Z-Effect: Resets any and all stat changes.
ç•Multi-Attack: 90: Type changes based on which memory this Pokemon is holding. Accuracy for non-legend: 6/10

•Natural Gift: 80: Natural Gift only works with the "Reduction" class Berry. Damage type is the same as what the berry would reduce by its own effect.

Nature Power: This move calls another move for use based on the battle terrain. Tri Attack on the regular Wi-Fi terrain, Thunderbolt during Electric Terrain, Moonblast during Misty Terrain, Energy Ball during Grassy Terrain, and Psychic during Psychic Terrain.

•Present: Roll a d4, a 1 heals the target for 25% of their max HP, a 2 deals 40 damage, a 3 deals 80 damage, and a 4 deals 120 damage.

Sketch: Copies targets last move permanently. Only Smeargle can know or use this move for any reason including the effects a Balm Mushroom. Can't copy legendary exclusive moves and only one move with a base power of 100 or more can be known as a time. Can copy moves by any method desired.

Smokescreen: Lower targets accuracy one stage. Z-Effect: Increase evasion attack by one additional stage

Softboiled: Recovers half max HP. Can be used outside of battle. User give 25% Max Hp to heal half max Hp of target pokemon. Can only be use 5 times in battle
Sonicboom: 20: Unaffected by weaknesses/resistance, does not ignore type immunity
•Spike Cannon: 20: hits, 2-5 times
Spit Up: Power varies depending on how many stockpiles are stored:

One Stockpile = 100-dmg,
Two Stockpiles = 200-dmg,
Three Stockpiles = 300-dmg,

Splash: No effect. Z-Effect: Increase physical attack by three additional stages.
Spotlight: Directs all attacks to the target during the turn it is used. Z-Effect: Increase special defense by one additional stage.
Stockpile: Raise physical & special defense one stage. User can only have a maximum of three stockpiles at any given time. If the moves Spit Up or Swallow are used, the defense boosts gained from this move are lost. Z-Effect: Restores 25% max Hp.
ç•Stomp: 65: 3/10 Chance to Flinch target, power is doubled if used on a pokemon who has used minimize.
ç•Strength: 80:
Substitute: User loses 25% of their max HP and creates a decoy with HP equal to the amount of HP taken. This substitute will receive all damage from attacks until its HP is depleted. The substitute counts as having all the same stat alterations as the user. Substitutes can't be effected by any conditions such as poison or burn. Please refer to this list for moves that hit past the substitute. Z-Effect: Resets any and all stat changes
ç•Super Fang: Does damage equal to 50% the targets current HP
♪ Supersonic: Confuses target pokemon. Z-Effect: Increase speed by one additional stage.
Swagger: Confuses target pokemon, and raise their physical attack two stages. Z-Effect: Resets any and all stat changes
Swallow: Restores health depending on how many stockpiles are saved up
One Stockpile → 25% of the user's maximum HP
Two Stockpiles → 50% of the user's maximum HP
Three Stockpiles → 100% of the user's maximum HP
~Sweet Scent: Lower targets evasion two stages. -20 Wild Encounter. Roll to determine pokemon encountered. Encounter becomes a horde battle. Follow normal horde battle rules. Z-Effect: Increase accuracy by one additional stage.
~Swift: 60: Ignores accuracy & evasiveness
Swords Dance: Raise user's physical attack two stages. Z-Effect: Resets any and all stat changes

Tearful Look: Lowers target's Attack & Special Attack stats by 1 stage. Z-Effect: Increase physical defense by one additional stage.
Techno Blast: 120: Attack Type based on which Drive is currently being held Accuracy for non-legend: 6/10
~Teeter Dance: Confuses all Pokémon in battle. Z-Effect: Increase special attack by one additional stage
ç•Thrash: 120: Inflicts damage for 2-3 turns then user is confused. ( Generate a number between 2-3 for turn count )
Tickle: Lower targets physical attack & defense each one stage
Transform: Change into opponent, copying their ability and moveset
Tri Attack: 80: generate a number between 1-5, if a 1 is generated, generate another number between 1-3, a 1 inflicts burn, a 2 inflicts freeze, and a 3 inflicts paralysis.
çTrump Card: Does damage based on how much HP this pokemon has left.

Extreme Evoboost Extreme Evoboost - NORMAL 1 -- -- After obtaining Z-Power, the user, Eevee, gets energy from its evolved friends and boosts its stats sharply.
Happy Hour Happy Hour - NORMAL 30 -- -- Using Happy Hour doubles the amount of prize money received after battle.
Hold Back Hold Back - NORMAL 40 40 100 The user holds back when it attacks, and the target is left with at least 1 HP.
Hold Hands Hold Hands - NORMAL 40 -- -- The user and an ally hold hands. This makes them very happy.
Revelation Dance Revelation Dance - NORMAL 15 90 100 The user attacks the target by dancing very hard. The user's type determines the type of this move.
Veevee Volley Veevee Volley - NORMAL 20 -- 100 The more Eevee loves its Trainer, the greater the move’s power. It never misses.

If a pokemon with Hustle is in the active party, the chances of encountering pokemon of the two strongest levels is increased by 50%. In general, this means rolling a six sided dice for pokemon levels so that 1 and 2 are the lower levels, and 3, 4, 5, and 6 are half the highest level and half the second highest.

Some abilities have special protections that prevent the ability from being abused in one-way or another or in the cause of Pokemon who are the exclusive owners of an ability or that alter appearance, that prevents others from gaining it. These protections are termed as altered, ignored, removed, and copied. Each one prevents something different. An ability that can't be altered may still be copied, or ignored so the type of protection is important to know.
Altered: Comes from moves and abilities such as Simple beam and Mummy
Ignored: Comes from moves and ability's such as Mold breaker and Sunbeam Strike
Removed: Comes from moves such as Gastro acid
Copied: Comes from moves and abilities such as Trace and Role Play
Abilities cannot be removed, or copied in any way if they are activated by a Legendary Pokemon.

Adaptability: All of this Pokemon's moves that match one of its types do +50% damage.
Aerilate: All of this Pokemon's Normal-type moves become the Flying-type and do +20% damage.
Aftermath: If this Pokemon is knocked out with a contact move, that move's user loses 25% of its maximum HP, rounded down. If any active Pokemon has the Ability Damp, this effect is prevented.
Air Lock: While this Pokemon is active, the effects of weather conditions are disabled. This ability cannot be removed, or copied in any way.
Analytic: All of this Pokemon's moves do +30% damage if it is the last to move in a turn. Does not affect Doom Desire and Future Sight.
Anger Point: If this Pokemon, but not its substitute, is struck by a critical hit, raise it's physical attack six stages. Regardless of its current stage.
Anticipation: Super effective Moves and Instant KO moves all have a -2/10 chance to hit this Pokemon.
Arena Trap: Prevents opposing Pokemon from Switching or Fleeing unless they are immune to trapping or not grounded. Pokemon are grounded so long as ground type moves would affect them. The opponent may still switch by the effect of an item, ability or move.
Aroma Veil: This Pokemon and its allies cannot be affected by Attract, Disable, Encore, Heal Block, Taunt, or Torment.
Aura Break: While this Pokemon is active, the effects Dark Aura and Fairy Aura are reversed, multiplying the power of Dark and Fairy-type moves, respectively. This ability cannot be ignored, removed, or copied in any way.

Bad Dreams: Causes opposing Pokemon to lose 12.5% of their maximum HP, rounded down, at the end of each turn if they are asleep. This ability cannot be removed, or copied in any way.
Battery: All special moves used by allied Pokemon do +30% damage.
Battle Armor: This Pokemon cannot be Critical Hit and takes 10% less damage from contact moves.
Battle Bond: All moves do +10% damage per level of Friendship. This ability cannot be copied in any way.
Beast Boost: Upon defeating an opposing Pokemon, one stat is raised 1 stage if it attacks and knocks out another Pokemon. The increase is based on what stat currently has the highest stage of increase. This ability cannot be removed, or copied in any way.
Berserk: Every time HP drops below 50%, Special Attack is raised by one stage. If the HP falls below half due to indirect damage, such as one caused by Leech Seed, status conditions or weather, Berserk won't activate.
Big Pecks: Prevents other Pokemon from lowering this Pokemon's Physical Defense stat stage. However, the stat can be changed by Guard Swap, Heart Swap, or Guard Split.
Blaze: All Fire-Type moves do +50% damage when HP drops below 33% of maximum.
Bulletproof: Protects the Pokémon from Acid Spray, Aura Sphere, Barrage, Bullet Seed, Egg Bomb, Electro Ball, Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Gyro Ball, Ice Ball, Magnet Bomb, Mist Ball, Mud Bomb, Octazooka, Rock Wrecker ,Searing Shot, Seed Bomb, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Weather Ball and Zap Cannon.

Cheek Pouch: Restores 30% of the Pokémon's maximum HP when it consumes a Berry, after the effect of the Berry is applied.
Chlorophyll: When the weather is Intense Sunlight, the Pokémon's Speed is treated as that of a Pokemon twice it's level.
Clear Body: Prevents other Pokemon from lowering this Pokemon's stat stage's. However, the stat can be changed by Guard Swap, Heart Swap, or Guard Split.
Cloud Nine: While this Pokemon is active, the effects of weather conditions are disabled.
Color Change: This Pokémon's type becomes the type of the last damaging moves which hit it.
Comatose: This Pokemon cannot be statused, and is considered to be asleep. Pokémon with this Ability can successfully use Sleep Talk and Snore, take double damage from Hex and Wake-Up Slap; can be affected by Dream Eater, Nightmare, and Bad Dreams, and cannot use Rest. If a Pokémon that already has a status condition gains Comatose it will not be cured of its status condition. This ability cannot be altered, ignored, removed, and copied in any way.
Competitive: This Pokemon's Special Attack is raised by 2 stages for each different stat stage that is lowered by an opposing Pokemon. If holding a White herb, activities after Competitive.
Compound eyes: Upon entering battle, this Pokemon's accuracy is raised +3 stages.
Contrary: If this Pokemon has a stat stage raised it is lowered instead, and vice versa.
Cursed Body: If this Pokemon is hit by an attack, there is a 3/10 chance that move will get disabled for 4 turns unless one of the attacker's moves is already disabled.
Cute Charm: Pokemon making contact with this Pokemon have a 3/10 chance to become Infatuated if its the opposite gender. Multi-strike moves trigger this ability for each instance of contact made.
Corrosion: This Pokemon can poison or badly poison Pokemon regardless of their typing. Poison-type moves deal no damage to Steel-type Pokemon. Toxic-Spikes remains unable to poison Steel or Poison type.
D
Damp: While this Pokemon is active, Explosion, Mind Blown, Self-Destruct, and the Ability Aftermath are prevented from having an effect.
Dancer: After another Pokemon uses a dance move, this Pokemon uses the same move. Moves used by this Ability cannot be copied again. Lunar Dance is copied after the original user faints. Petal Dance will last a single turn. Does not ignore the effect of Taunt and fails when locked into repeating a move.
Dark Aura: While this Pokemon is active, Dark-type moves used by active Pokemon do +30% damage. This ability cannot be removed, or copied in any way.
Defeatist: All of this Pokemon's moves do +50% damage so long as Hp is above 50% of maximum.
Defiant: This Pokemon's physical Attack is raised by 2 stages for each of its stat stages that is lowered by an opposing Pokemon.
Dazzling: While this Pokemon is active, priority moves from opposing Pokemon targeted at allies are prevented from having an effect.
Delta Stream: On switch-in, the weather becomes strong winds that remove the weaknesses of the Flying-type Pokemon. This weather remains in effect until this Ability is no longer active, or the weather is changed by Desolate Land or Primordial Sea. This ability cannot be removed, or copied in any way.
Desolate Land: On switch-in, the weather becomes extremely harsh sunlight that prevents damaging Water-type moves from executing, in addition to all the effects of Sunny Day. This weather remains in effect until this Ability is no longer active, or the weather is changed by Delta Stream or Primordial Sea. This ability cannot be removed, or copied in any way.

Disguise: The first attack taken in battle deals 0 damage. Its disguise is then broken and it changes to Busted Form. Confusion damage also breaks the disguise. Weakness Policy will only activate after Disguise. This ability cannot be altered, ignored, removed, and copied in any way.
Download: On switch-in, this Pokemon's physical Attack or Special Attack is raised by 1 stage based on the weaker combined defensive stat of all opposing Pokemon. physical Attack is raised if their Defense is lower, and Special Attack is raised if their Special Defense is the same or lower.
Drizzle: On switch-in, the weather becomes Rain For 5 Rounds. Halves the Dmg of Solarbeam. Thunder and Hurricane ignore accuracy & evasion. Increases the base Dmg of Water-type moves by +40 and decreases the base Dmg of Fire-type moves by -30. This weather remains in effect until changed if activated by a Legendary Pokemon. This ability cannot be removed, or copied in any way.
Drought: On switch-in, the weather becomes Intense sunlight for 5 Rounds. No charge for Soler Beam. No chance to Freeze. Thunder has an Accuracy of 4/10. Increases the base Dmg of Fire-type moves by +40 and decreases the base Dmg of Water-type moves by -30. This weather remains in effect until changed if activated by a Legendary Pokemon. This ability cannot be removed, or copied in any way.
Dry Skin: This Pokemon is immune to Water-type moves and restores 25% of its maximum HP, rounded down, when hit by a Water-type move. Fire-Type moves do +25% damage to this Pokemon.
At the end of each turn, this Pokemon restores 12.5% of its maximum HP, rounded down, if the weather is Rain, and loses 12.5% of its maximum HP, rounded down, if the weather is Intense sunlight.
E
Early Bird: Every 1 turn of sleep counts as 2.
Effect Spore: Pokemon making contact with this Pokemon have a 3/10 to become induced by Paralysis, Poison or Sleep. Multi-strike moves trigger this ability for each instance of contact made. If afflicted, roll a D6, 1/2=Paralysis, 3/4=Poison, 5/6=Sleep.
Electric Surge: On switch-in, this Pokemon summons Electric Terrain for 5 Rounds. Electric-type moves do +50% damage and prevent grounded Pokemon from falling asleep. Pokemon are grounded so long as ground type moves would affect them. This ability cannot be removed, or copied in any way.
Emergency Exit: When this Pokemon has more than 50% its maximum HP and takes damage bringing it to 50% or less of its maximum HP, it immediately switches out or flees. This effect applies after all hits from a multi-hit move; Sheer Force prevents it from activating if the move has a secondary effect. This effect applies to both direct and indirect damage, except Curse and Substitute on use, Belly Drum, Pain Split, Struggle recoil, and confusion damage.

Filter: This Pokemon takes 25% less damage from super effective moves.
Flame Body: Pokemon making contact with this Pokemon have a 3/10 chance to become burned. Multi-strike moves trigger this ability for each instance of contact made. If a Pokemon with Flame body is in the active party, eggs will take 10% fewer posts to hatch.
Flare Boost: All of this Pokemon's special moves do +50% damage while burned.
Flash Fire: This Pokemon is immune to Fire-type damage. All of this Pokemon's moves do +50% damage after being hit by a Fire-Type move. If this Pokemon is frozen, it cannot be defrosted by Fire-type moves.
Flower Gift: While this Pokemon is active if the weather is Intense sunlight, this Pokemon changes to Sunshine Form and all of this Pokemon and its allies physical moves do +50% damage and take 50% less damage from Special moves.
