Vozy City is located in the far north under a nature archway much like the mouth of a cave that covers the whole city but as a result plunges it into darkness all but once a year when the sun rises on the summer equinox. The city buildings all sport neon blue and white lights that outline them and the roads are painted with an almost ghostly glowing paint. The city is protected from the ocean to the north by the its position
The Gym leader Vlad is perhaps one of the only dark type gym leaders within the pokemon league world wide and like the type he battles with is a dirty underhanded strategist that not many can appreciate. He'll do almost anything to win and while he plays by the rules that doesn't mean he doesn't try to stack the odds in his favor. His favorite way to battle is with the implementation of Inversion technology. A device that switches the type advantages of pokemon. He uses this simply to throw his opponents off balance but combined with the moves and pokemon he uses has earned him a reputation of the least liked gym leader and the one who gets the fewest challengers.
