Yeep Tip watched his pups (they would forever be pups in his eyes) with curious eyes, mentally trying to determine which pup would choose which tapir. He couldn't help but chuff lightly in laughter at Woo'Howl's indecisiveness. He loved his son, but he would never cease to find Woo'Howl's antics amusing. Luckily, none of the cows were the rebellious sort, and would be quite tractable for the young wolf. It was unlikely that they would be flustered by his enthusiasm. In fact, all three of them seemed utterly unperturbed by the scrutiny of the wolves.

Yeep'Yip now turned his attentions to his sole living daughter. Quiet, and more calm natured than her brother, she reminded Yeep'Yip of himself when he was a youngster. At least she voiced her opinions on which she preferred, otherwise Yeep'Yip would of had to draw straws, or find another form of activity to figure out which of the offspring got which cows.

The bush dog circled the cows once, before touching noses with both his daughter and his son. With a tongue lolling grin, he circled the cows once more, driving two of the tapirs closer.
"My dear, this one is for you. She is a gentle, calm soul, much like yourself. She will breed many strong calves for you." Yeep'yip presented the first tapir to his daughter.


"...and for you my son, this cow will follow your every whim. She is reliable and hard to lose. Once she knows she will be treated well, she will follow wherever you lead."


Decision made Yeep'Yip gave a little growl under his breath at the last remaining cow. Still placid as before, it slowly meandered back towards Yeep'Yip's den. The bush dog kept an eye on it as it wandered back, but it obviously knew its way and before long entered the den and was out of sight. With that, he turned back to Yia'Woo and Woo'Howl. "Do be sure to take care of them, you never know when a dodgy old coot like me will come a'checking" The playful tone and the wink that accompanied it belied Yeep'Yip's words.
