- Tatsuka Clan
The Tatsuka Clan used to be a scattered clan, but with some of their abilities being displayed in the use of Kumogakure ninja. However, the one true branch of the clan lives within a village little-known to anyone, Himitsugakure. The Tatsuka clan is known for being powerful taijutsu users, even harnessing Raiton - Lightning Release - and utilizing it to the full extent, allowing them the use of Black Lightning. Allowing them to become the most capable practitioners for it in the ninja world. These shinobi are known to be loyal, highly-skilled fighters who protect their village, these orders directly delivered upon them by the beloved Himitsukage.

Clan Ninjutsu
These techniques CANNOT be learned by anyone that is not a member of the clan. Many techniques have their own restrictions as well. Please acknowledge these during training.
____[ Shock Therapy - Rank D ]
A simple move that allows the user to either punch/grab/kick and send an electric shock into the opponents system. It can also be used to numb certain body parts for [ 5 ] posts, after a shrt but severe pain.
____[ Pule Sensory - Rank D ]
The user closes their eyes and focuses electricity and chakra into the ground below them, allowing them to basically "see" movements around them within a few feet, allowing for [+1 reaction] for 2-3 posts.
____[ Havoc Drop - Rank D ]
The use strikes from the air with a strong kick, enhanced with the black lightning of the Tatsuka clan, however, even if the kick should miss, it can be turned into a lightning shockwave. This can also just be generated from a stomp, but the shockwave only travels a couple feet in the direct of the point of impact.
____[ Raiton: Black Bullet - Rank C ]
The user holds out their finger like a gun and focuses chakra and lightning to the tip of their finger, then releases it in a straight line with precision and enough power to pierce clean through a boulder. The projectile also can numb an opponents limbs/body if it hits for [ 3 ] posts. The bullet will only continue forward and will disperse if it doesn't hit anything, travels for 10m
____[ Raging Thunder - Rank C ]
This technique is usually done within a combo of sorts, the user surrounds himself in black lightning and strikes with a shoulder charge, stunning them so the attacker can grab them by the waist, lifting them up before falling back and smashing them onto their head.
____[ Thunderstruck Knee - Rank C ]The practitioner will slam their knee into the target with maximum force and launch a powerful jolt of electricity through their body. This jolt has a painful effect, as well as a knockback effect. When hit, an off-balance or stunned person will be launched back about fifteen feet.
____[ Axe of Lightning - Rank C ]
The practitioner will lift their leg high above their head and then send it down like an axe and cleave down anything in its path. Only someone who's resilience is higher than strikers strength can block the technique. Even if blocked, the technique lets loose a pulse blast of lightning and chakra that will shatter the ground below and administer painful shocks. If hit directly, this technique could easily end a fight by smashing the skull and plowing the body into the earth.
____[ Raiton: Kuropansa [Black Panther] - Rank B ]
After generating black lightning from their body which takes the form of a panther, the user can manipulate it to affect multiple victims at once by electrocuting them. Very every action used with the technique after initial execution, an extra [5] chakra cost is used.
____[ Shock Boxing - Rank B ]
After learning the true basics of nintaijutsu and better allowing them to control the black lightning, the practitioner will be able to cover both their arms and legs with their special raiton chakra. All physical attacks deal raiton damage and can be activated and deactivated at will.
• After winning a total of [5] fight, a 500 word training post is required to learn.
• Lasts for [10] posts before needing to be reapplied, does not stack with Lightning Armor.
____[ Black Spear - Rank A ]
The user coats their hand in black lightning and chakra which forms the outline of a blade, basically turning the users hand into a heavy-powered spear which can pierce through rock and steel like butter.
• Must be at least A-Rank to learn
____[ Kuroi Raikou Yoroi - Black Lightning Armor - Rank S ]
This is a variation of the normal Lightning Armor jutsu. Unlike the original, it is both stronger, but with drawbacks of it's own. The user generates a massive amount of chakra and floods their own body with electricity, tricking the muscles and the brain to work in overdrive by altering signals in the nervous system. The shinobi that uses this technique can move at far greater speeds and dish out much more incredible attacks. It doesn't last very long, however, and has serious drawbacks. The Tatsuka's used their own Black Lightning to generate a special version of this move, but it puts a much heavier strain on their body. Lasts for [5] posts. Raises the Strength and Agility stats by [4] ranks while active or to a max of S5-Rank. When the effects end, the user is left drained and suffers a [2] rank decrease to all stats for [10] posts. This technique can only be activated once per battle.
THIS TECHNIQUE IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CLAN HEAD
____[ Gungnir - Rank SS ]
This technique was named after the legendary weapon wield by Odin, Gungnir. It is a legendary spear that is said to never miss. This technique is unlike the mythical Gungnir in that sense, but still holds a massive power level. Only after using Lightning Armor to increase their speed and power, the user will then focus a large store of raiton chakra into one hand and then launch themselves forward at the height of their speed, pushing their very limits. The striker will focus all the raiton chakra they can into their hand, making either a fist or spear gesture before landing a powerful blow of raw strength, and electricity exploding outwards. A direct hit is more-or-less a death-sentence. If not from the brute force, the lightning would tear apart the body. If one was to miss, this technique also produces a large shockwave infused with lightning that emanates from where the user first launched themselves. In most cases this shockwave would decimate the entire arena of combat, dealing heavy damage.
• This technique disperses one Lightning Armor upon impact.
• The user is stationary for [1] post after this technique due to their body being pushed to it's limits.
• Fun fact: the lightning that surrounds the users hand takes on a massive spear shape. Pretty neat right?
• This technique is forbidden.
